今天突然又想食拉麵,同事話食無敵家,咁見門面一模一樣咪直沖入去,點知坐下來想睇餐牌先發覺果名唔同左,再問之下侍應話上年已轉老闆但今年先改埋果名,再也不是無敵家(己轉名"森屋)既然入左來照試下佢d拉麵(全麥粒粉掛麵)。等左好耐 (十五分鐘以上) d拉麵終於到。湯底夠熱偏少但可以再添豠骨湯,麵較硬,$90偏貴。 continue reading

愈來愈多日本有名拉麵店在香港開分店,大家都期待有日本8成的水準,不然為什麼數字花開業時食客為了一試他的風味而願意排通宵?去食無敵家也是被其名氣吸引,大阪旅行時,比起數字花更喜歡無敵家!香港價錢比起日本不算貴,但吃完有點不值的感覺!能吃得出其味精湯底,亦不是太吃得出其與味精拉麵的分別。不是難吃,但這價錢可以吃更好一點。服務真心的扣分,明白服務從業員的辛苦,但至少可以"親切"一點。 continue reading

預先訂了位子, 進去時以為朋友已到, 兜了一圈卻不見人, 被一個年輕束馬尾女職員截停, 我問姓X的四位, 是不是裡面還有房間? 女職員黑面搖頭, 我唯有說那我是第一個到了, 姓X的四位, 她板著臉帶我去坐下, 由頭到尾一句話都沒有, 真正的黑面神. 後來朋友來了, 我們全部都叫了網燒牛肉飯, 食物真的很美味, 大家都讚好. 食物很滿意, 但職員態度必須要改善, 我們是客人, 不是犯人. continue reading

之前winter時間去過日本,係池袋食過無敵家拉麵,一試番唔到轉頭,之後係香港見到有「無敵家」拉麵店,就帶著好期待既心情去試下啦。事前都有係openrice到睇下食評,而好多都話同日本個間唔同,但我諗唔係一模一樣,都有一半似掛。點知,一試就中哂伏。呢個係佢地個拉麵餐牌啦,一個字,貴。或者咁講,係唔值呢個價。好,到重頭戲,拉麵啦。上菜時,嘩,心諗好「大」碗喎,一定食唔飽。份量講完,到個湯底啦,食拉麵最重要係麵同湯底。湯底淡而無味,無豬骨味,得味精,失敗。唔理佢似唔似日本個間,睇個湯底就知佢無誠意做呢碗拉麵。到麵底,一定係現成牌子既麵,一d 味都無,又掛唔到d 湯,湯已經無乜味架啦。友人仲話佢好似759入面一種即食拉麵。都似架啦其實。到叉燒,份量黎講得兩塊實唔夠食,之後味道有醬汁搭救都叫有d 味。總結黎講,呢間係一間無心做拉麵,沽名釣譽,偷名既店鋪。平時我都好鬆手,但呢次真係忍唔到,一定唔可能助長拉麵界既歪風。 continue reading

去過日本店都知道日本無敵家湯底濃郁,豬骨味濃之餘亦有非常骨香,麵質彈牙有咬口,唸起都流口水上OR睇一睇先知,原來香港都開左分店!趁住個個都去豚王, 一蘭排隊之際,不如約朋友黎呢度試下啦~炸物最重要是用料新鮮,涵要新鮮, 油更要新鮮,然後先係火候~這味蟹肉忌廉餅相貌平庸,但一口咬下去, 爽脆之餘, 混和了小量薯蓉的忌廉差點沒流出來,令人食指大動~之後見到佢...餃子煎得好求其...特別反一反比大家睇下煎成一塊既...皮韌韌的一D都唔好食,而且仲有D油益味終於輪到主角出場啦!豬骨湯拉麵一向係日本拉麵店既主力,最重要既就係湯底~可惜豬骨湯味不濃,味道有點似出前丁丁不過比較香,叉燒太瘦LU, 雖然有口感不過太冇特色,拉麵亦太淋, 明明叫左普通嫁嘛,如果叫軟咁點算呀魚介湯拉麵見到湯底有2層就知係溝出黎...而且豆角同埋肉碎嚇親我了,食緊中式担担麵嗎 continue reading
