今日收工經過光輝圍發現原來開咗間燒烤串燒店舖,因為平時收工回家都比較夜,所以餐廳種類選擇比較少,見到呢間鋪都仲未收鋪,抱住一試嘅心態試下,種類唔算太多尼,但都唔算少,價錢都算公道。因為我買嘅時候已經差唔多淩晨1:15分。所以我問有咩會冇得叫,個間店員好有耐性話基本所有食物都有,某些食物可能要燒得比較耐,問我介唔介意可能要等10幾至20分鐘,我叫咗燒腐皮串,雞肉串,豬頸肉串,燒生蠔,燒元貝加店員推薦燒布朗尼。我企起門口等,店員攞咗張櫈俾我坐住等,仲俾咗張傳單話下次如果想食可以提早打電話order 就唔洗等咁耐。我攞嘅時候佢同我講今日送多2串俾我試下,1串牛丸加1串鵪鶉蛋俾我,因為佢哋差唔多收鋪,我覺得唔好意思,因為自己揀燒生蠔同帆立貝,原來貝殼類會燒嘅時間比較耐,住人收工,佢仲不但冇唔耐煩仲送多2串俾我。真係多謝哂。好耐都未遇見咁nice嘅後生。

本身係呢一區啲街坊然後都好鍾意周圍去搵呢區嘅美食特別係宵夜,前排聽朋友講新開左一間食串燒嘅就膽粗粗走去試吓,每樣肉類海鮮都有嗌咗啲雖然唔係話算得上特別好食(可能因為啲肉串切得太細粒,本人比較中意大大嚿比較有口感😂)但係都有幾樣令我覺得驚艷嘅係佢嘅雞肉串,燒完唔會話太乾外脆內軟仲有好多肉汁同埋佢嘅招牌腐皮串加咗啲蒜蓉同辣椒粒做內餡非常惹味但係個人就覺得如果佢嘅內餡可以再豐富啲就好例如加啲肥牛啊,或者炒過嘅肉碎之類同埋呢樣特別要講,就係我覺得佢嘅燒生蠔,真係我呢一區食過嘅算係最好嘅一間,依家都好難得有舖頭可以做到燒海鮮係好食嘅。然後點解我要特別寫個食評呢?係因為我覺得呢間小店係真係有用心去努力經營例如我之前講過嘅可能啲肉串嘅肉切得太細粒食落去唔係咁過癮然後我前兩日又走去同朋友試咗一次結果呢一次冇令我失望到,每一串肉串都係足料嘅鍾意大口食肉嘅朋友,一定唔會令你失望😝然後另外見到有炸乳鴿,又嗌咗一隻嚟試吓隻乳鴿炸得好靚,個外皮好脆啲肉都好香好多汁之後我就問咗老闆娘 點解你哋隻乳鴿整得咁好嘅佢就答我,隻乳鴿其實係佢屋企人整嘅,佢屋企人以前都係做燒味嘅老師傅。所以我就覺得真係唔錯,除咗串燒之餘都仲

夜晚收左工好肚餓,同一大班同事一起去食,舖頭嘅伯伯見到我地即刻幫我地開檯叫我地隨便左,嗰日仲唔好彩落雨,然後即刻幫我地d檯搬入d!我地嗰日都嗌左好多野食個個都食飽不過最後埋單先八舊左右人均一百多d,個人覺得咖喱魷魚同埋花枝丸羊肉串都值得試,仲有佢地個炸乳鴿,乳鴿好味過出面酒樓嗰d我個人覺得🥺唯一嘅點可能係要等比較耐,不過我覺得係小事,我建議趕時間就唔好食,唔趕時間就坐喺度大家一起吹水都唔錯嘅,外賣可以提早嗌就唔怕等🤣同埋啦始終呢間小店係開喺街口,咁我地一大班同事對環境都冇太大要求嘅,我覺得如果介意熱啊冇冷氣嘅朋友仔可以嗌外賣嘅😂ps:食曬先醒起要影相

同埋啦始終呢間小店係開喺街口,咁我地一大班同事對環境都冇太大要求嘅,我覺得如果介意熱啊冇冷氣嘅朋友仔可以嗌外賣嘅😂

open rice見到佢係新開,附近又冇咩食,諗住試吓佢la。6點50分叫咗外賣$16xx嘢(7個人食),結果等咗超過1個鐘(7:50pm)先燒好曬。我見到得我哋一單,同food panda一單(一袋仔嘅食),廚房成4個人燒都要燒咁耐,比住係其他鋪頭,堂食有其他客都係燒咁上下耐。我唔敢話佢哋手腳慢,但可以肯定見到係設備差,爐頭細。到走嗰陣,個店員講其實我哋可以打電話叫,然後送上嚟,我心諗鬼知咩,你又唔寫出嚟可以送,我又唔知原來要燒咁耐,低低哋咁等咗成個鐘先講。好la,搞咁耐,冇冷氣又熱又多蚊又貴,返到去,結果味道仲要係連牛池灣價錢平一半嘅串燒店都不如,完全冇用火燒嘅嗰種感覺同味道。我從來都未試過寫食評,但今次真忍唔到。加件搞笑嘢,我哋叫完嘢問嗰阿叔(冇着制服,而入面有兩個後生嘅有着)有冇得平啲,佢話老細唔係度,要打個電話比老細先,結果佢一打,廚房入面有部電話響,之後佢就急急腳咁行入廚房搞個電話,最後佢直到一個鐘後我哋走都冇再出過嚟。各位自行判斷老細喺唔喺度laBTW,想堂食嘅朋友留意吓係要坐喺條街度食
