因為屋企冇晒咖啡豆，咁啱行開旺角就上網睇有邊間出名嘅炒豆店。去到老闆娘其實個樣有啲惡😀，不過傾開就知道佢好友善同埋介紹好專業！自問espresso嘅功夫唔係好了得，仲要用新磨豆機同埋新豆，因為啲豆好新鮮，你睇吓幾多crema! 再調整多一兩次粗幼應該會更加多crema! 見到樓下有負評話啲豆豆唔靚唔新鮮，唔該識飲咖啡應該都知道新鮮炒好嘅豆豆要等起碼一兩星期先至可以開始使用，咁先至可以發揮咖啡豆嘅風味至到極點。強烈建議樓主收返佢嘅評論，咁樣對本地有誠意嘅咖啡小店極度唔公平！香港已經經濟差到一個極點，真係唔想有質素嘅小店冇得做生意！ continue reading
