In general, the new Korean restaurants don't often smell of smoke anymore. This is one of them.Today, I had the set lunch. I was very hungry and I had the stone rice. Very yummy as always.You can get a nice view of the victoria harbour is you have 4 or less, becuase the tables next to the windows only fit 4 at most.

Probably the worst overpriced Korean food in Hong Kong. Not only is the food downright awful, but the waitstaff i screwed up every part of our overpriced food order. Forgot water, constantly had to nag about refilling our tea and brought food dishes at the wrong time. The food was so greasy... ughhhh so many other options for Korean Food in Hong Kong. It would have been tolerable but we paid almost 500HKD for dinner and could have eaten at Sorabol, for less money and wayyy better food.DON"T GO

 燒牛肋骨-好好味,d肉好嫩最後,所以要叫多一客!
 燒牛排-如果再多d,就perfect
 牛肉鍋麵 -個湯好甜,好入味
散叫食物
 牛肉炒粉絲-比較乾身,但都好好味
 炒年糕-幾辣,edmond就食唔到,但係我就係咁食
 海鮮煎薄餅 -好足料,煎得好香,andy同阿嫂都好鐘意bor
最後我地食左大約2個鐘而埋單個陣,每人都大約係$200左右 (我地當然請埋佢地兩公婆)
。  雖然第一次幫襯呢間餐廳但對其印象唔錯,服務員態度很好,佢地非常了解 menu既肉容同好有心機介紹佢地既最受歡迎食品。
如果下次我地全男班,仲可以飲番兩杯,正!

銀雪魚燒得香噴噴...挺鮮甜的~

最後吃飽飽, 再喝杯咖啡... 真的很滿足...為最近苦苦的小鹿子帶來一點甜~ 要特別鳴謝小燕子

Overpriced as well, given the average quality. The waiters/waitress are rude, and none of them really understand Korean (they are all canto). myung ga has been around for quite a few years and their food has been consistently up to standard


for 3 people we ordered:

1. seafood casserole: assortment of clams, mussels, few tiger shrimps, crab legs, abalone, octopus and a lot of vegetables, A LOT of bean sprouts. broth was very flavorful, slightly sweet, very refreshing.

2. seafood stone pot rice: impressive! better than the seafood dolsot bibimbap in other korean restaurants - hearty portion, rice had a nice crust at the bottom, and i liked their homemade gochujang (korean red peper paste served with the rice) - it tasted less sweet than the average gochujang, more tangy - guess they used more vinegar, with a hint of toasted sesame. will definitely order this again the next time.


3. japchae with chicken: chicken fillet pieces were marinated. japchae is served hot. standard japchae fare. not too greasy like i've had in another restaurant once - good.

banchan - standard stuff. good. nothing particularly commendable though

service is quick and attentive.

environment is also comfortable,well-kept and definitely hygienic.

if you're on a tight budget come for their lunch sets, which is around $70-100; the quality is not bad either.

看大長今, 認識了從前的韓國社會,牛肉是很矜貴的亦可能因為牛肉矜貴, 當得一塊牛時,對怎樣處理和調味, 簡直是調到出神入化,好像這家餐館, 老實說, 喜歡是因為帶位與店長都是韓國人, 而且食客中一半也是韓國or 日本人, 所以總有d "安樂晒", 因為野食好地道gwar 的感覺....我看到menu, 只是牛, 單是不同部位不同調味已有十幾項,較平時看到的更專門,於是我們選了牛肋骨、牛利、牛肉和牛排4個部位相信愛吃韓國野的人,像我, 都知,韓國人可以將不同部位有不同處理手法, 這家亦然:先是牛肋骨, 是用了蜜汁, 加上肉身應做了不少鬆化功夫, 所以肉質好軟身, 一咬就咬得開,, 唔un, 亦因加入了蜜汁, 唔so又香又可口, 真係好味 !然後到牛利和牛排, 可能店家自信來貨新鮮, 兩者都沒有加入調味,可以, 牛利因為細小、爽口, 不經調味後, 一燒即香, 染少少燒汁即爽口味美,而牛排呢 ? 卻因不調味, 好so, 加埋燒汁都只是好so好腥的感覺, 你可能問, 食牛不就是吃牠的so味嗎 ? 不一定, 如牛曷吃得好,住得好, 那so味是沒那麼濃腥的 !到牛肉了, 我們選了辣汁調味, 韓國人

好像這家餐館, 老實說,
喜歡是因為帶位與店長都是韓國人,
而且食客中一半也是韓國or 日本人,

於是我們選了牛肋骨、牛利、牛肉和牛排4個部位

相信愛吃韓國野的人,
像我, 都知,
韓國人可以將不同部位有不同處理手法,
這家亦然:
先是牛肋骨, 是用了蜜汁, 加上肉身應做了不少鬆化功夫,
所以肉質好軟身, 一咬就咬得開,, 唔un, 亦因加入了蜜汁, 唔so
又香又可口, 真係好味 !

然後到牛利和牛排, 可能店家自信來貨新鮮, 兩者都沒有加入調味,
可以, 牛利因為細小、爽口, 不經調味後, 一燒即香, 染少少燒汁即爽口味美,
而牛排呢 ? 卻因不調味, 好so, 加埋燒汁都只是好so好腥的感覺,
你可能問, 食牛不就是吃牠的so味嗎 ? 不一定, 如牛曷吃得好,住得好, 那so味是沒那麼濃腥的 !

到牛肉了, 我們選了辣汁調味,
韓國人的辣跟四川辣不同,
韓人加入不少花紅粉, 看起來紅卜卜, 但吃起只是微辣吊味,
有一時"時時索索"的快感, 此時喝一口冰啤酒即可降溫,
不會辣到口水鼻水流呾辛苦,
合適追求一時辣感的我們 !

另外, 這家有海景看, 是一大賣點,
不過事先聲明,
有高享受也就有高消費,
埋單一d都唔會平,,,

另外亦可提提人蔘湯,
湯料足, 味道甘甜不苦,
有飯粒釀入其中, 有少少米酒香 感覺,
不過不會醉,放心 !

米酒與人蔘都是韓國極品,
不得不佩服他們真的可弄得如此出神入化 !

今年年初二我去名家食飯順便睇煙花.最尾叫咗一個人參湯,惗住好好飲.點先咬個人參個時,發現人參好硬,咬落去無味.但係D湯(淨係D湯)甘甘地,都幾好味.
