好友生日, 帶佢嚟南亞食克戟當蛋糕慶祝馬來大餐$138阿參乜係一碗酸酸, 似羅宋湯的物體, 味道不錯 前菜唔知叫乜名, 有蝦仁, 蕃茄, 青瓜, 加沙爹醬, 暖暖的, 好香花生味, 正~ 主菜係咖喱牛腩飯, 二件牛腩, 一件薯仔, 好好味 雞胸肉串燒就差d, 好乾好鞋, 加上好多沙爹醬一齊食, 才可以入口克戟$55好大件, 又厚身, 味道一般, 冇特別, 都係新鮮感撘夠, 每人食左四分一已好飽, 另外半個要打包 送左二大杯紅豆冰比我地 壽星好喜歡, 紅豆夠淋, 唔過甜 結賬時, 同南亞職員傾左二句, 因為生意唔好, 呢二日就結業~ continue reading

這天韓國友人約了我跟她兩個best friend食飯.我地一行四人去了南亞. 午飯時份,約坐了三分一,四個女子,食得少,要了2 個set,再加疏菜,剛剛好. 加多加多: 有幾種菜椰菜,雞蛋,芽菜,蝦片,青瓜,菜好新鮮,但個花生醬汁實在勁甜... 鮑魚菇: 加$1,好底好大隻. d味道勁似鮑魚,好有咬口,好好味. 日式鰻魚炒飯: 炒得幾多油,d燒汁入晒d飯,味道不過不失. 鐵板日式海鮮炒烏冬: 都係好多油,又係師博入晒烏冬,好入味. 海鮮同鰻魚,食過無咩印象. set重包咗茄蛋沙律頭盤同湯,都係普普通通. 幸好這裏的碟頭幾大,可以share,如果一個人要成百伩,你來試下值唔值. continue reading

記得上次寫呢間餐廳的食評已經差不多一年前, 一年後再次幫襯, 比多次機會佢, 睇下會唔會有進步!!??平日晚上8時多來到, 餐廳無咩人, 好多座位任君選擇, 記得上次食過麻麻地的海南雞飯同港式炒貴习後勁失望, 今次試下是日晚餐的海鮮喇沙($75), 包柚子蜜一杯, 尚有其他80幾蚊的晚餐可供選擇, 但最奇怪的係只有海鮮喇沙的晚報餐係唔送餐湯同麵包, 我唔係貪心, 只不過唔知點解咁小家同寒酸????????講番個海鮮喇沙, 色水像咖哩湯底咁黃, 心裡已涼了一截, 看來係黃薑粉下多了吧!!?? 佢有濃濃的椰香, 似係新加坡椰味重的派系, 但食落去則無咩味道, 香茅味同辣味亦不足, 仲要唔知點解有好多椰絲, 配上雪藏魚, 蝦等海鮮, 在香港食的喇沙沒有螄蚶亦不奇怪, 因為始終保持新鮮螄蚶係要好多工夫, 但連平宜的配料豆腐卜都無, 就真係唔知佢地想點?? 完全係水準以下的食品 !! 下次咪搞我啦!!埋單連加一$82.5, 價錢唔平, 只少以咁的價錢會食到好d的喇沙, 不過服務尚算幾好, 見佢地晚市做緊推廣, 食滿$150可以加$1送紅燒bb鴒, 食滿$200送紅豆冰, 而且可以同時享用, 但係佢地的客人依然唔多, 加上食物水準唔高, 睇來離開佢地的結業已不遠了, 如果我下再來到愉景新城, 我會乖乖地去food court食, 因為無期望, 所以起碼唔會咁失望.......!! continue reading

母親節再來南亞,今次應可試下海南雞飯可能係因為母親節,我問個侍應拿個餐牌都話無,得番指定1人、4人同6人set,4人set完全唔吸引,我們4人叫左3個set包括咖哩牛腩、炒貴刁、海南雞飯同叫多份4色串燒。咖哩牛腩同炒貴刁唔多講,之前寫過,今次寫下海南雞飯同串燒呢到o既海南雞飯水準唔錯,今日真係好雞搵到有雞味o既海南雞了,有點喜出望外,拌雞的有蒜頭辣椒醬同蔥油,蒜頭辣椒醬唔多夠辣偏酸,老豆話少左四季桔,呢碟醬點都唔會好.....順帶一提,南亞由以前開業至今都係無"黑醬油",黑醬油係新加坡至有(蔡瀾先生都有講過),阿蘇介紹果隻黑醬油都係新加坡野,南亞係海南人開,海南同星馬食物雖算同宗,但當中係有差異的,有時唔一定改變先係好,所以子弟建議如果單係為黑醬油而叫海南雞飯的食家請先了解入左邊到食野以免失望海南雞飯O既另一靈魂 -- 油飯,呢到O既油飯同以前都係咁與眾不同,正宗油飯做法講究,一定要用糯米同粘米溝,比例要適當,煲飯之前一定要炒,除左雞油仲要落蒜頭先夠香,臨煲好仲要加芫茜焗一陣先完成,當中技巧我估依家都無乜人完全掌握,老師父果套做法係好費時費功夫,今日就算識都未必有食店願意做,雖然老豆話食得出依家係差以前dd野,不過總括油飯質素係絕不差串燒就真係....雞牛豬蝦,首先係燒得過左火,好乾好實,豬肉串差d咬唔開,仲有d醬,呢樣就真係走哂樣,沙爹汁超"傑"﹐好甜花生醬味,一d都唔似沙爹汁,成晚最貴同最差都係呢味餐飲熱coffee是咖啡精開的,老豆話依家都唔會好似以前咁用功夫做咖啡,又要溝豆炒豆.....,有d失望無飲過以前杯咖啡 continue reading

失望的招牌菜-海南雞飯今日中午路過此地,看見他們的招牌菜是海南雞飯-一樣是我好喜歡的食品,便用了$65(仲要加一)試一試。結果失望而回。雞沒有味,賣相又不好看,飯又硬。如果要食海南雞飯,不要到這裡。埋單想不給貼士,但我都未取完D錢,個待應便馬上走人,好以有貼士是應該,結果用使了$73食了個不好食的Lunch。 continue reading
