To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 老婆嘅飲食一向偏素，此外，又喜歡食魚，近嚟見到「南記」有一款「鱻」米線套餐，睇落幾特別，所以，專登落到嚟長沙灣分店試試，因為呢間分店最近我哋屋企架喇。相信大部分香港人都好熟「南記」，所以就唔多介紹，但值得讚嘅喺座位夠闊落，環境整潔，單喺睇枱上嘅調味架就可見一班，唔會話污污糟糟。掃描張外賣紙出嚟，大家就一目了然有啲咩選擇，我哋就專登校到兩點正過嚟，因為2:00pm-5:00pm有下午茶餐，抵食好多。晌廣告嗰個魚套餐就喺呢個，大大碗麵仲要包埋杯熱情果鴨屎香茶，另一抵食之選。鱻套餐 $57呢款套餐可以揀麻辣蕃茄湯底或芝士番茄湯底，小弟唔好辣梗喺揀後者啦，佢嘅蕃茄湯底唔算好濃，微微蕃茄香，反而芝士味就幾突出，送到上枱已經聞到陣陣芝士味，而餸料包括鮮魚片、魚肚同魚腐，份量都好足，啲魚片喺非常新鮮，魚肚爽口，魚腐好好食，麵底揀返米線，爽滑得嚟有咬口。熱情果壓屎綠茶（餐飲）炎炎夏日，飲杯凍飲確喺爽口，記得飲之前攪勻啲，因為佢用熱情果蜜嚟開沖，啲蜜糖會沉底，酸酸咪嘅百香果飲起嚟好清新，加埋啲鴨屎綠茶夠優香，整體確喺好飲。招牌河、熱豆漿 $31既然專登就到下午茶時間嚟食，無非都為咗慳錢，加上老婆食量唔大，揀呢個招牌河就最抵食8穩陣。雖然只賣31蚊，但絕對喺交足貨，河粉仍然喺大大碗，春捲、牛丸、魚蛋都喺每樣有兩粒，無將貨就價，樣樣餸料都好食，河粉滑溜，喺個清湯比較淡口少少，但仲要連嘢飲呢個價真喺睇到爛。再者，杯豆漿豆味幾濃郁，但唔會太甜，又夠晒營養健康。雖然我哋就唔喺成日幫襯「南記」，但每次食都印象非常之好，今次都無例外。仲有，晌好多招呼上嘅細節位都做得好好，阿姐掃地唔單止講句唔好意思，更先問咗你方唔方大便掃一掃，廚房上餐嘅阿哥更勁好禮貌，對啲客有求必應。

好鍾意食南記嘅早餐 春卷番茄米通（我會轉做米線），仲跟生菜魚皮餃同凍豆漿，成個餐勁豐富，每次食完都飽到唔洗食午餐！真係非常抵食。成個餐都好健康，唔會油膩。鍾意食辣嘅可以加佢哋嘅辣椒醬。沙嗲牛麵就麻麻地，好咸，建議都係食南記signature春卷。

岩岩經過元州邨見到南記有新早餐入黎一試，現在全部餐包改了牛角包，感覺高級左，食了个魚柳早餐好豐富有煙肉，豬柳，蛋，火腿，個牛角包好有牛油香好好味，原來其他早餐也可以跟牛角包。

已經有一排冇食南記心裏面仲係食緊招牌河係堂食30蚊原來依家招牌河已經33蚊我自己就食招牌河三樣嘢33蚊都可以接受嘅最好食始終係春捲， 加辣椒醬一絕朋友食大什錦河53蚊畀招牌河多兩樣餸春捲、墨魚丸、牛丸、魚片、魚皮餃多兩樣餸多廿蚊，抵唔抵就見仁見智啦友人就認為牛丸好食，覺得牛丸有牛味味道同份量都係同以前差唔多唔想諗食乜，簡簡單單食碗粉麵呢個都係好選擇整體環境座位都算乾淨，而且服務員收枱亦都收得好快， 感覺都坐得舒服

Gotta try out the new cilantro noodles set!The soup was crazily green and the taste was nice There were a super generous amount of century eggs, and some pork neck meat slices The set came with a cilantro coke! It tasted like cucumber and perhaps it worked like green juice- it is surprisingly cooling when you are having another spicy bowl of noodles at the same time.
