To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 唔知點樣一杯豆漿可以污糟到咁,飲哂成杯先發現有十粒大小不一加長條形既黑點佈滿紙杯底,仲未計已飲咗落肚嗰啲,見到已經咁恐怖,未發現嗰啲不敢想像……………………………

今日返工去開九龍灣做嘢,經過開淘大商場,我去咗南記度食酸辣粉。酸辣粉真係我的至愛,所以譚仔我都同樣咁捧場。南記的酸辣粉湯底係多了一種甜味,令成個湯底嘅味道更複雜,又有層次。我叫左招牌小窩米線,仲有招牌春卷,辣豬肉,冬菇同生菜。招牌春卷唔使講,一定係必要的餸。好食,好香!辣豬肉都唔錯,想叫肉類,呢個係最好選擇!冬菇大粒,醃得又夠甜!又淋,冇得彈!生菜正正常常😂😂,可樂都正常,有甜味有氣😂😂!不過整體來講係好味,幾抵食!

辣豬肉都唔錯,想叫肉類,呢個係最好選擇!
冬菇大粒,醃得又夠甜!又淋,冇得彈!
生菜正正常常😂😂,可樂都正常,有甜味有氣😂😂!
不過整體來講係好味,幾抵食!

幫襯過呢間三次,次次都等好耐先有嘢食。最近一次係星期日夜晚七點半去買外賣,叫咗個紫菜四寶河,由落單到攞到外賣,竟然等咗半個鐘,期間不斷有人催單,只見廚房阿姐黑口黑面,你有你催,佢繼續叫人等。我見廚房入面得三個員工煮嘢,根本處理唔切啲單。另一樣想講就係呢間鋪只開咗兩個月,新裝修,但竟然放到一地膠水桶去接冷氣機滴水,衛生情況好一般!嘢食方面就同其他南記無乜分別,反正都係同供應商,同一條 formula 煮出嚟,我叫嘅紫菜四寶河不過不失啦。食得南記都係想快,下下等半個鐘真係咪搞我,其實有心做係咪應該加多兩個人做廚房?咁做生意法除咗趕客,我真係放長雙眼睇下可以維持到幾耐!
