To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 午飯放飯快食，搵到南記分店，呢間位置算係偏，唔算多人，有位坐。喺收銀好快落完單，唔洗等好耐碗米線都出到。想開胃啲，叫左蕃茄肥牛米線，加杯豆漿。食落都似新鮮蕃茄味，加上有豆卜，吸到埋蕃茄味，唔錯。

冬天又到，又係打邊邊嘅季節，如果以一人火鍋嚟講其實都有好多選擇，例如：各大快餐店，但係你估唔到香港仔南記粉麵都有一人火鍋啦～三種湯底、三種粉麵、三種主食（牛、雞、魚），我就叫咗牛乳湯、蕃茄湯、魚、雞。湯底有芝士蟹柳、春卷、粟米、魚腐、魚蛋、腐皮、蘿蔔、南瓜、金菇、娃娃菜。一人火鍋其實來來去去都係嗰啲嘢，但係南記今次整咗牛乳湯底，香得來又唔會酥，仲有去過魚片，烚落唔會散，無骨唔會韌，係類似酸菜魚嗰隻魚肉～魚肉牛肉都係$78 ，雞肉就$72，另外佢仲有其他火鍋配料多數都係$9一份，佢係跟豆漿或者汽水。

好開心九龍灣有一間南記，之前要去到灣仔返工嘅時候先有得食，而家屋企樓下有一間非常之幸福，最鍾意食佢嘅招牌河，佢嘅河粉又好食，唔係夾唔起嘅河粉，辣醬油好食，加少少落個湯度已經好有風味，招牌春卷又好好食，唔知點解食黎食去都唔會厭，另外佢嘅牛丸都出色，好彈牙，同埋最近佢話魚蛋缺貨，變咗魚片，魚片my favourite 😂😂加埋杯凍檸茶不得了：） 另外都有試過佢嘅辣豬肉，我個試咗一次但係好食，食到有啲急凍味，解凍得唔好嘅臭豬味，之後就冇再食過啦

每次叫外賣都想食米線🍜😂，但成日食都有啲誇張同會悶，唯有輪住食，今次終於輪返食米線啦🤣，仲要係食好好味嘅春卷😋😋。🫧雙拼小窩米線 (貢丸、春卷，酸少辣)試了貢丸，肉質好實淨，夠彈牙，好味好有口感。🫧雙拼小窩米線 (冬菇、春卷，酸少辣)+牛筋冬菇入味，唔韌，腍有咬口，牛筋份量都多。🫧雙拼小窩米線 (魚片、春卷，蕃茄湯底)魚片較韌，已經薄切，蕃茄湯味濃。🗯️🗯️🗯️招牌春卷依然有口感同好味道😇，保持水準。
