To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 觀塘開咗間南記，真係超開心，好耐都冇食過，好掛住佢嘅春卷。雖然市面上多咗好多唔同嘅米線舖，但係南記嘅味道始終都冇改變，特別係佢嘅招牌春卷。呢個套餐仲有好抵，包凍豆漿，仲有一碟菜，真係飽到食唔晒😋

在觀塘這間 點了辣豬肉麻辣米線，麻辣又要另外加$2+$9春卷兩條+一杯豆漿（細杯），剩惠$69米線份量好少 我都偏細食的都覺得完全唔飽肚 豆漿+$13又細杯的 而且不是真正的純豆漿。真的搵在觀塘附近返工的人笨！好難受
