To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最鍾意牛乳湯底，有少少椰香，甜而不膩，有啲似飲椰子湯。每次食差啲比我淨飲哂D湯😜。份量非常足夠1人食，我覺得夠1.5個人食。食物方面，肥牛片切得好薄，輕輕燙幾下就熟，唔會硬同「鞋」，湯鍋內嘅春卷、魚腐、南瓜片、白蘿蔔片、粟米、蟹柳，全部都水準之上，米線爽滑彈牙，就算煲耐咗，都唔會變得好難食。火鍋套餐有牛、雞、魚 揀，湯底另有番茄或麻辣揀，包汽水或細豆漿。價錢由$72-$78. 亦可追加配料。味道性價比

路過油麻地見到有南記，入去食碗麵。食物質素不變，好味，抵食！店內非常嘈吵：由一進店已看到有店員跟客戶爭吵，在等候食物期間，廚房的員工也在大聲爭吵。進食期間一直都得嘈。飲食業請人難，培訓和管理員工不容易，也辛苦了店長。後來兩位員工休息用膳，坐在客人鄰桌，其中一位邊食邊開電話來看短片，開到很大聲，非常嘈吵擾人。另一員工在自言自語說對工作的不滿。坦白講，真的好誇張啊。在其他社企餐廳，從未見如此情況。我們都很喜歡南記，希望能想到辦法改善現況。附上美味河粉豆漿套餐的照片

米線越嚟越盛行，好多人都好鍾意食米線，咁多間大大小小嘅品牌我最鍾意就係食南記，尤其是係個春卷，再加埋辣豬腩肉，簡直係一絕🫶🫶🫶❤️ 超級超級好味😏 成日好想知道佢嘅秘方係乜嘢，快啲喺各區都開多啲分店就好啦🤩🤩🤩
