To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 鍾意食南記既人,必食酸辣湯底,湯底味道足夠,好多酸菜,可選小辣、中辣及大辣,轉河粉最好味,河粉好滑。除左酸辣湯底,還有蕃茄湯底、麻辣湯底選擇。餸既款式選擇有好多,招牌春卷、辣豬肉片必試😍魚蛋、墨魚丸好彈牙好味👍加$20有一碟炸春卷。招牌春卷可以散買,用來打邊爐最適合。南記辣醬打邊爐或食粉麵用好惹味,好夠辣
聽聞個春卷係依度既必試之選,就叫個全日超值套餐既招牌滋選A2。
價錢唔係平,淨係因為懶得諗配咩餸,又有必食既春卷配我想要既蕃茄湯連飲品。
招牌滋選既配料有辣雞肉,春卷,魚片,冬菇
配蕃茄湯底。春卷無話想象中咁好食,只係普普通通既一條炸腐皮魚卷,勝在夠大條。
雞肉同魚片都係普通,唔算特別好食。
但勝在冬菇夠吸引,好大隻又厚身,咬落去啖啖菇肉,好juicy,好入味。
湯底就蕃茄味唔夠,色就夠但唔係好有蕃茄果種酸
另外仲叫多左個小食,又係偏貴,廿幾蚊,數埋得果五片肥牛。
辣就係辣,雪藏味都幾重,但見到個份量真係唔係幾爽囉。
仲要厚一厚既芽菜係底,唔食芽菜既我真心幾無奈,寧願比多片肥牛我好過。
下次都係搵返譚仔阿姐叫返個蒜泥白肉無咁嬲!
至於我個菜肉雲吞酸辣湯底,比較淋,應該浸左好耐,酸辣湯底,我叫左小辣,味道還不錯,配菜有芽菜,酸菜,韮菜,腐皮都比較足料,36蚊算係咁。
不過服務就麻麻,可能唔係太夠人,自助式都唔好比太高期望

自從上次食完🍅湯底後,就漸漸愛上左佢,因為香濃既番茄湯底帶有啖啖蕃茄肉,可以話係一試難忘😂牛魔王有肥牛、牛丸、牛腩,黎到真係成碗滿曬肉,最後連我呢個食肉獸都食唔曬💁🏻♀️牛丸夠彈牙,但呢次嘅肥牛同埋牛腩比較韌身同痴牙,如果腍番啲會更好🤔

- 魚肉春卷腩肉米線
我自己就點咗"魚肉春卷牛腩蕃茄濃湯米線",蕃茄濃湯對辦夠濃郁,酸甜適中,我幾乎飲晒咁滯,牛腩就稀少咗啲,但係我朋友嗰碗啲牛腩就又多又大舊,食麵啲牛腩都少過人,唔通連個天都唔鍾意我。
朋友叫咗碟魚片頭小食同我分享,竟然係全晚嘅亮點!非常爽滑彈牙!一試愛上!
每次去南記都一定會叫魚肉春卷嚟食,講真唔係咩驚為天人嘅美食,但係就好似一個習慣一樣,自自然然就會叫春卷食,究竟點解呢?可能係一份親切感,我同南記春卷已經成為咗老朋友。
行o左一層樓梯上到o黎,冇乜位,不過幸好有一圓枱客o岩o岩走,咁就有位坐,呢o度似連鎖快餐店咁,自己出去買飛攞o野食,我就先同MY買,睇o左好耐,我要o左$40.00o既B,雙拼有營套餐,要魚蛋春卷,貢丸河配生菜,飲豆漿.
買完拎埋位就到老公買,佢都買o左好耐至返o黎,佢要o左$44.00o既魚蛋春卷牛腩番茄濃湯米線,加$9.00要可樂.
我冇留意JT同MY食咩o野,但MY有碟魚片頭同我o地share,
而我碗河粉呢?魚蛋春卷平平無奇,口感唔及魚片頭;貢丸一啲都唔香,重衰過o係佳寶買o個啲;河粉一般;個湯淡而無味,我係咁落魚露食,成碗粉份量其實唔係好多;豆漿唔係好凍唔緊要,但味道好淡,溝水同冇豆味,飲到最後重飲到粉,即係開粉豆漿?生菜就正常冇問題.
而老公o既o野食呢?我完全冇食過,只俾我相機食.
味道係1.64分

呢間o野升降機係唔開,有個行動不便o既客人離開時,問佢朋友可唔可以叫職員開升降機俾佢用.雖然呢係一樓,但樓底高,正常人行都覺得有啲攰,唔明點解佢o地唔開.
