To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早幾日諗唔到食乜好，行行吓就見到好耐無食嘅南記。以前中環返工，一個星期最少會食3次。轉左工之後，都有幫襯其他分店，但係都唔太滿意，好多時都唔夠熱，同埋員工都好串。知道快餐都係唔係講咩服務，但係佢哋係去到黑人憎嘅地步。入返正題，果日叫咗春卷小鍋加腩肉，收銀哥哥提我下午茶跟嘢飲，咁叫埋可樂。我就外賣返公司食。因為行返公司都有一段15分鐘嘅路要行，醒起就問bar 位姐姐，有冇得分湯？如果分湯係咪出去加錢？姐姐好有禮貌咁解釋返我聽，如果加餸就會自動分湯，係免費。仲叫我下次都加餸就抵食啲。行到返公司，打開竟然仲係熱辣辣嘅，個湯無起曬泡！食返以前好喜歡嘅口味！覺得好開心同幸福。可能好大原因係遇到咁好又有禮貌嘅員工，做嘢又咁有效率，成個餐都好味咗？哈哈！我會多啲去金馬倫道分店食嘢😊

見好耐冇食，就同朋友食個南記叫左一碗辣豬肉春卷酸辣米線，另一碗冬菇魚蛋辣豬肉春卷酸辣米線。湯底味道較淡，但夠酸。辣豬肉保持到水準，爽口，春卷都彈牙，冬菇同魚蛋就一般。

今天我午餐叫了一份外賣，使用網上外賣平台訂購免運費的服務，非常方便。我點了一碗麻酸辣魚餃魚片米粉，這家店的味道一如既往地好吃！魚餃和魚片都非常新鮮，沒有任何腥味。魚餃皮薄而富有彈性，餡料豐富且鮮嫩，每一口都能夠感受到魚肉的鮮美和香氣。米粉的口感也非常棒，這碗米粉煮得剛剛好，加上麻酸辣湯汁，湯汁酸中帶辣，非常開胃。整碗麵食讓人回味無窮。我非常支持這家店，下次還會再來點餐的！唔貴又夠飽～唔錯之選～

話說以前好鍾意食南記嘅魚腐，因為好大舊，又索湯，跟住大概一年多前突然話唔再出。慘😭 喺冇得揀嘅情況下，唯有食佢嘅魚蛋。點知今日去食，見到呢張告示，笑咗。休漁期我聽過，但係休漁期會冇魚蛋真係未聽過，佢用咩魚咁巴閉🙄家陣連魚蛋都冇埋，代替嘅係兩塊又薄又霉嘅魚片。#我想講粗口

最近南記粉麵推咗出咗我好鍾意嘅「胡椒•酸菜。豬肚湯。雞扒旋風豆腐串米線」，急不及待即刻去試。💛喺呢個咁凍嘅冬天飲酸菜豬肚湯，可以驅寒，正呀！豬肚同雞扒份量都好多，雞扒好香脆，豬肚夠爽口，食到停唔到口呀！💛另外，仲有新出嘅飲品紅胡椒菠蘿特飲，夠哂特別，飲落去有少少辣椒，不過加上清甜嘅菠蘿，飲落口感爽辣好過癮。
