To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 但而家啲分店開得好少,尖沙咀得返一間,最近尖沙咀呢間係紅磡隔離真係唔太方便。
今日星期三午市時段竟然唔算多人,我前面有5-6張外賣飛仔,等左10零分鐘就拎得。
今次點左新既麻酸辣,同以往舊既酸辣相比,麻酸多左麻辣味但配料不變,岩晒鐘意食辣既人~
我點左三個配料,肥牛,春卷同埋水餃。
合共61 蚊,收銀姐姐話我知食夠80 減10蚊,我點多杯仙草奶茶都係70蚊!好抵食。
春卷真係永遠都咁好食。
但水餃質素感覺有啲下降。
仙草奶茶有啲太甜,唔記得叫佢少甜🙈
佢而家仲好好咁會分湯上,好岩我哋呢啲外賣既人!好貼心!!!
作為南記粉絲,真係希望佢再開多啲分店~!
- 麻酸辣米線
🍜招牌辣豬肉·春卷米線
每次黎南記都一定會食佢最出名既招牌春卷,今次當然唔例外啦! 睇黎真係太耐無黎,原來出左麻酸辣湯底,梗係要試下佢😍 一睇個色水已經好吸引,食落又麻又酸,仲可以揀唔同辣度,岩曬重口味既我😋 ,不過可能會覺得D辣油油左少少,但我覺得都可以接受既。
招牌春卷同辣豬肉味道都以前一樣,都係咁好食,只係可能辣豬肉醃製時間長,雖然係薄切但肉質略嫌有D韌。份量方面,南記一向都唔嘢少,餸菜、配料(包括酸菜)同米線都非常足料👍🏻 唔夠辣既朋友仲可以加埋南記自家出品既辣椒醬,更加惹味呀🌶

去到望住個餐牌,都好多選擇,究竟揀咩好?諗來諗去都係揀A餐牛魔王😁
碗粉望落份量都好多,有好幾粒牛丸⋯芽菜丶酸菜份量一般,韮菜很好少👎🏻肉碎好多,啲酸菜好夠酸👍🏻湯好濃,味夠,腐皮好少,牛腩唔ok好嚡👎🏻,如果可以多啲會好啲。
忌廉汽水,好似溝左水,唔掂🙁
職員整體係有禮貌,地方都乾淨。
