To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. ## 食評：高性價比湯米線今次我哋兩個人去咗一間火鍋餐廳，真係好開心，因為只需要119港元就可以享受到一頓豐富嘅餐！餐廳提供兩款湯底，一個係酸辣湯，另一個係蕃茄湯，兩種口味都唔錯，酸辣湯特別開胃，蕃茄湯則係濃郁又香甜。最出色嘅就係佢哋嘅丸，同埋春卷，丸子鮮嫩，咬落去有肉汁流出，春卷食落去都好滿足！另外，轉餐都有跟埋豆漿同埋一碗蠔油生菜，真係好有誠意。總體來講，呢間餐廳嘅性價比非常高，如果你鍾意米線，而且又想唔使花太多錢，呢度絕對係個好選擇！下次一定會再嚟！

今日嚟到青衣呢一邊做嘢最後諗唔到食乜。見到有我最鍾意食嘅南記！就即刻入咗去，通常去到我都係叫春卷米線酸辣，再加多一份 腩肉！南記嘅腩肉同埋春卷，簡直係佢最出名嘅名物！每一次去到真係必點！幾鍾意食佢嘅米線，因為佢唔會煮得太耐，所以本身都做得非常挺身，唔會太林嘅口感，喺火候方便都控制得幾好，當然唔少得佢最出名嘅春卷，我加咗少少佢本身餐廳嘅辣醬，所以令到成個味道更加突出，鍾意食辣嘅朋友都可以試吓，整體嚟講都覺得保持到一貫嘅水準，同其他分店都係差唔多！

由細到大都喜歡食米線特別係酸辣米線呢間米線冇得輸辣豬肉米線My 飛佛😋😋😋加配春卷魚片頭更加正飽到上心口下午茶時段好底比正常餐平啲豆漿當然係絕配青衣冇乜米線食店呢度都算係我飯堂👍🏻👍🏻

離開了香港很久，一直想念南記春卷的味道，今天終於可以吃了！蕃茄湯底配少許辣椒油，就是一個人食飯的享受！最喜歡南記內每個食客自己顧自己，就算搭枱也不用尷尬，可以盡情享受一個人的浪漫，這就是香港生活的味道！希望這個味道不要改變啊！
