身處繁華的跑馬地區,南亭這家日式串燒店無疑是當地的一顆明珠。作為一個串燒愛好者,我最近有幸品嚐了這裏的精彩菜單。首先是招牌的鵝肝串燒,軟嫩絲滑的鵝肝經過精心烹調,外層呈現焦糖般的色澤和香氣,入口即化,口感細膩得如同天鵝絨般。搭配店家特製的醬料,更是使這道菜達到了登峰造極的地步。另一個驚艷我的菜品是燒雞翼。翅根肉質鮮嫩,咬下去,肉質彈牙,令人食指大動。和牛串燒更是這家店的招牌之一。和牛肉質細緻嫩滑,令人回味無窮。燒雞皮和燒黃沙雞肝同樣出色,前者酥脆微焦,後者則軟嫩鮮美,兩者都是串燒中的上乘之選。總的來說,南亭的串燒水準可謂登峰造極,絕對是跑馬地美食的一顆明珠。無論是招牌鵝肝,還是其他各式菜品,都展現了日本傳統串燒的頂尖水準。作為一個串燒愛好者,我由衷地向大家推薦這家店,相信你也會和我一樣,流連忘返。 continue reading

因為大家收工都好夜,所以今次就揀左間居酒屋開到凌晨2點嘅南亭 ,可以慢慢傾下偈食下嘢😉一坐低就有一碟生嘅椰菜青瓜蘿蔔做前菜,配埋居酒屋秘製嘅醬超級好吃😋真係可以食多幾碟仲有可以清到食肉之後嘅油膩😆因為太好食,啲嘢食一放低就清晒連影相都唔記得咗呢張係唯一一張😂燒鱔,好肥美嘅鱔又燒到岩岩好勁好食,其他仲食左牛舌、京葱豬肉、銀雪 魚骨、雞皮等等,全部都好好食👍🏻👍🏻之後仲叫左個冷烏冬好精緻,雖然等左10幾分鐘先黎,但係睇得出好多功夫,慢功岀細貨👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻大食女仔表示,貴左少少但值得嘅,下次有人請就好啦😆😆 continue reading

近排落雨,又唔想行太遠出去食野,於是去咗屋企附近食串燒的居酒屋。叫咗燒雞翼,鴨舌,雞皮,牛脷,安格斯牛柳,車厘茄煙肉卷,燒白鱔,燒帶子,燒豆腐,凍稻庭烏冬;D雞皮同雞翼燒得好香好脆,以為燒鴨舌無咩肉食,但都ok厚身;牛脷,牛柳,燒得好腍,車厘茄煙肉卷好Juicy;燒白鱔一D都唔腥;燒帶子諗住燒完會縮水,但都好大粒同唔韌;凍烏冬好有咬口,彈牙。平時食串燒都唔會太飽,可能食咗個烏冬有飽肚感覺。 continue reading

同個朋友揸車去開跑馬地食消夜,原來係佢成日去開嘅居酒屋,佢叫咗果度出名嘅厚切牛舌,燒蠔,雞皮蝦大葉卷,羊架等等,個牛舌燒得外脆內軟,燒蠔燒得好香口,鵝肝釀雞翼😋,用黎送酒真係一流👍。同埋佢有個蔬菜碗,都幾新鮮,食完串燒再食番蔬菜無咁肥膩。 continue reading
