To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

事源返返下工，覺肚餓，咁點算？ 於是搵埋肥仔同事去食個下午茶啦。最鍾意食下午茶既我，首選既食物一定係炸雞比配薯條，今次亦都一樣。當食物黎到果刻，我見到既係一隻比雞鎚大小小既雞比，而都係叫雞比既肥仔同事就得到一隻正常size既比，大小相差好遠下。 相比之下，隨即向老闆娘提出上訴，但得到既答案係「 係咁嫁，正常既」。 食tea心情即該冇晒，咁唯有趕快食完隻雞比仔，走人，冇下次。

    同同事在附近開會，臨近中午，在附近行下，睇下有冇工廠食堂，平平地食午餐。 呢間工廠餐廳新開冇幾耐，裝修新淨， 地方唔係太大， 坐到20人左右， 但當日都差唔多坐滿 ，張凳坐落去好舒服， 老闆話特登返大陸揾，。叫咗蒸魚套餐同蒸肉餅，例湯係粉葛魚湯，湯嘅味道啱飲。家常便飯， 味精唔太多 ，唔似出面啲湯太鹹。肉餅啱啱好冧， 但又唔太多肥肉，鹹魚都幾好味。蒸咗條黃花魚，大大條幾鮮甜， 不過豆豉就少咗啲，加埋杯凍飲，兩個餐九十蚊有找。
