今晚去咗銅鑼灣食晚餐,行入利園三期見到一間幾有趣嘅餐廳,佢就喺丹麥連鎖家品店BoConcept隔離,兩者亦都有聯繫。晚飯嘅價格偏貴,不過選擇非常豐富。一個Set Course沙律(Salad Platter)已經有10款,食客可以選擇1-3款。我要咗煙鴨胸(Smoked Duck, Pear & Feta Cheese)同埋菠蘿蝦(Shrimp, Pineapple & Cashew Nut)。上碟後比我預期細碟,不過啲鴨胸同蝦都好好食,加埋Feta Cheese口感幾唔錯。餐湯都可以二選一,今晚有粟米湯同南瓜湯,我揀咗後者,南瓜湯嘅賣相同味道同羅宋湯好似,都有好濃嘅牛肉味。我淨係食沙律同飲餐湯都飽飽地。主菜就係用西京味噌醃製嘅豬頸肉,配秋葵同紅蘿蔔泥。店員一早同我講佢地嘅豬頸肉只會烤到八成熟,所以上碟時見到肉身有少少淺粉紅色。豬頸肉好好食,肉質好鮮嫩,而且紅蘿蔔泥都好順滑。Salad Platter: Smoked Duck, Pear & Feta Cheese & Shrimp, Pineapple & Cashew NutDaily Soup Saikyo Miso Japan
