To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日去葵芳做野，順便係果邊食買個飯啦！因為中午食飯時間有限，所以柬左間茶餐廳，夠快⋯⋯我點左一份福建炒飯，仲可以加鮑魚！福建炒飯，味道就麻麻⋯⋯特別加左滴鮑魚汁，感覺同個炒飯唔係好夾，因為鮑魚係罐頭，所以撈左個炒到之後，又有好重的罐頭味，完全食唔到炒飯原有葛味道建議揚州炒飯唔好加鮑魚可能個味道會好滴

午市叫個咖哩魚柳蟹柳飯刷新左我對茶記嘅認知，碟野一嚟到，魚柳唔見左嘅？ 原本係啲咖哩汁個底到，所以啲魚柳淋哂…..然後個咖哩汁又稀又酸。。。。唔知搞乜凍奶茶叫左3次少甜，落到單都係冇少甜。。。呢餐咁就要$63，價錢同質素有啲唔對等喎。。。目測最多人食係雞翼腸仔煎雙蛋飯。。。不過啲姐姐又冇之前食評果啲講到咁差，都叫正常姐姐嘅。。。自問我對食物要求都唔高，細個學校訂飯我都清得哂，但今次真係唔掂，完全食唔哂

小弟第一次寫食評真係忍無可忍2024年6月4日 約早上6點半葵芳分店食 香辣雞肉丁餐肉蛋麵碗野得4粒肉丁，之後我向侍應反映，點知個侍應好悔氣話冇辦法。貴為連鎖店，呢知處理手法點令人接受，就算細餐廳都第一時間講聲唔好意思，加返合理份量。

七一那天附近，上友人處打牌，豈料突然打風，在刮風前叫了外賣，比想像中快到。以為外賣炸物一定又乾又難吃，反而這次的銀龍炸脾比有時現場吃更好吃更可口，因為沒人外出吃，即炸更新鮮嗎?炸脾薯條，炸雞脾多汁，皮脆夠香、肉嫰，薯條夠熱夠香脆，兩樣都相當不錯；份量不太少，不會因外賣而減少份量茶夠濃，咖啡味亦不太酸，因此駌鴦味道相當不錯，提神有益在就打風時仍然保持質素，而且極快送到，銀龍果然不錯，是除了祖樂比與南記外最喜歡連鎖之一

今日又去到飯堂食午餐, 叫咗個快餐, 粟米滑蛋肉粒炸魚塊飯, 呢個飯堪稱係頹飯 嘅經典, 一個白飯淋上粟米肉粒同埋炸魚飯就可以馬上上碟,快靚正, 粟米有粟米味,配上已經炸好的魚塊,送白飯一流!
