To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 是從大陸來香港的，感覺這家店挺好的，當時在街上走了一會，挺餓的然後看了好幾家店都不太滿意，在外面看到這家店，價格也挺實惠，食品也挺不錯的，然後就進來吃。感覺他們家環境還可以，空調也挺涼快的，飯菜都很好吃。尤其是那個面裡面的番茄湯超級驚豔我。超級哇塞喔，肉也很嫩很好吃，他們家的火腿味道跟大陸的味道也都不一樣，感覺更加好吃，店內服務人員挺耐心的，我們有什麼疑問都會幫我們解答，有什麼需求也會盡量滿足我們，推薦這家店

噏到嚟金茶王，先黎個沙爹牛肉麵，香噴噴嘅沙爹醬確實分外誘人。炒蛋真係好滑，外表微微金黃，入口即溶咁滑嘅口感，點嘅香脆包，層次分明，嘢梗係要熱辣辣先夠晒架啦！添上杯熱檸茶，心情都跟住舒暢咗，整體黎講，真係食得好唞呢。🍜🍳🍞夥計服務態度不過不失，但食物真心做到曬香港風味，環境衛生就标准茶餐廳feel，無緊要求好高嘅話，呢度真係過得去。啱哂想快手搞掂個肚或者想飽嚟飽去嘅！總之，金茶王，行過路過唔可以錯過，得閒食返餐經濟又飽肚嘅香港地道美食，又或者同三五知己傾吓偈，feel下香港嘅飲食文化。👍👌🇭🇰

7點8個字落單，8點9個字出單，中間催了2次都不理話問下，在那做了1個鐘水都不上一杯，最後9個字問他等了快一個小時了能不能快點才把單打出來，斜對面的阿伯等了9個字就不等了，關鍵是等了這麼久了，東西還這麼難吃，雜菜煲99塊裡面真的全是青菜，就兩塊蟹肉棒（合成那種），還有2個蝦米，一開始以為他這麼久都不上菜是因為怕我只喝盅湯就走人，但結果是別人根本就沒下單，那我中間問了2次是幹嘛的，9個字催完說等了1個鐘，5分鐘就上完了菜
