To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 成日經過銀龍茶餐廳🍴，但都未試過，突然想食吓港🇭🇰式嘢，於是決定同屋企人去試吓，睇吓啲嘢食高唔高質。📝⚡️二人小菜套餐 1. 招牌沙薑雞 (廚師推介) ✔️份量一般，但味道幾好😌雞肉都幾嫩滑，送飯一流 2. 牛仔柳 (廚師推介) ✔️醬汁酸酸甜甜🤤，牛仔柳都幾大塊同埋好入味😋3. 兩碗明火例湯 (涼瓜豬骨湯) ✔️湯水唔錯，幾足料，飲落幾清甜🫶🏻4. 兩碗白飯 5. 一碟清炒時菜 6. 兩杯港式凍奶茶🧋 ⚡️干炒牛河 ✔️炒牛河好有驚喜、有鑊氣，同埋同其他茶餐廳比唔會太鹹，啱啱好 仲送咗罐凍可樂🍻 ⚡️酸辣雞中翼米線（小辣） ✔️米線份量都幾足，有三隻雞中翼 一般般，有啲失望 湯底偏淡，冇咩酸辣味，同埋小辣根本唔辣 但雞中翼味道幾好，雞翼煎得幾香脆 大概🔥夾埋接近$300，不過不失，除咗米線，其他菜都好唔錯👍🏻

晚餐叫小菜外賣，無叫蒸餸，45分鐘未到，打電話去催，話外賣員已出發，再等45分鐘，外賣員先施施然來到，一句唔好意思都無；外賣黎到啲食物凍晒，熱飲變凍飲，凍飲啲冰溶晒！！

香港要找有水準的茶餐廳已是不容易了，有許多餐廳的咖啡奶茶很一般。今天買了份下午茶食物後，忽然好去試試開張不久的銀龍餐廳試一試它的咖啡☕。對於咖啡我一向有要求，銀龍的咖啡真的很不錯，有香濃的咖啡味，而且很幼滑，有水準👍。

叫左兩個下午茶外賣，份量少到得7成，個盒又細。個炒飯一d咸到想死，成粒鹽。一d就無味，個廚都廢既。有外賣自取都唔抵食。成個下午茶餐得杯奶茶係ok既，性價比低，唔會再幫襯。
