To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 從來冇食過咁難食嘅意粉⋯真係好難食好難食，成$70幾一個意粉，竟然半碟水，味道極淡，意粉極硬好似冇熟咁🤢因為嗌俾小朋友，於是有禮詢問店員可唔可以幫手焗熟啲。店員完全唔理，話呢個就係正宗口味🙏🏻另外嗌咗一個雲吞雞，啲湯係濃湯寶嘅味道，雞肉全部都係雞胸，皮厚肉柴，而且冇咩味，大半兜都食唔落去最重要係舖頭店員態度極差😡同老闆講要點單直程唔理我哋（佢企喺隔離一定聽到我哋講嘢）⋯問店員落杯嘢飲都要等5分鐘

嗌海南雞飯嚟到發現根本係白切雞，雞肉又鞋又老又多骨一啲味都冇，見到都唔開胃，70幾我去食個切雞飯仲好食過佢，最好笑係比甜辣醬我點佢個白切雞，銀龍咁大間連鎖餐廳都整埋啲咁伏嘅野？

一間正宗垃圾茶餐廳，超級極度差服務，垃圾級數食物，永遠永遠唔會再幫襯，就咁睇現場人士個個都想快啲走，趕客嘅服務加上價錢唔平，特別係當你正在進食嘅時間，那位戴眼鏡唔知係唔係經理嘅男人用毛毛清潔客人頭頂嘅冷氣槽，另外那位唔知係唔係經理嘅男人不停在現場用粗魯嘅語氣同員工和客人溝通，問呢一位大哥想攞杯水好似去乞食咁。再講食物質素，選擇又唔係多，來來去去都係嗰啲㗎啦，都可以做得咁差。仲有個環境清潔衛生，真係好似喺垃圾房食嘢咁。唔怪之得我朋友話有冇第二間選擇？我終於發現點解佢咁抗拒。銀龍茶餐廳開頭嘅時候真係幾好，而家發現原來一間店舖沒落係有跡可尋，再見推介俾大家，千祈唔好去，你會後悔

1⃣️餐廳裡面係有位嘎，但係非要人在門口等一輪才放進去，喂你唔想做生意直接關門大吉算啦，學咩人飢餓營銷啊2⃣️套餐明明是有送飲料或者例湯，並不告知，寫單及其不耐煩，猶豫一陣就說快一點。3⃣️我們同行一個小夥伴仍在吃，服務員就收走餐盤。4⃣️哩間店遊客居多，但是那個服務員（平頭，165cm）態度極差，對講普通話的遊客極不耐煩，香港的影響就係俾你哩種人整差5⃣️落坐後座位一股味道，衛生很一般。6⃣️味道更是一般，吃過最難吃的茶餐廳了，豬扒包包皮超硬，豬扒更是硬。點的豬扒套餐和咖哩也很一般，可以說是難吃
