Noc 舊年告別大王東街後上星期再次回歸灣仔落戶皇后大道東地點比之前更就腳隨住新店開幕、餐單亦多了新Item 呢🔖 烤南瓜蔬菜捲餅🎃墨西哥薄餅包住多種素菜配料🍆烤貝貝南瓜之外仲有茄子、烤意大利青瓜、羽衣甘藍同雜錦芝士🧀所有配料都煮得好稔好入味🥒脹卜卜、熱辣辣味道非常討好伴碟Pickles 更加係錦上添花🔖 Very Berry Matcha Latte上面係小山園抹茶奶 🍵底層係士多啤梨燕麥奶🍓燕麥奶用上最愛嘅Oatside 絕對要加分🥰杯邊仲有酸咪咪Raspberry 碎味道甜美易入口呢日抽咗啲時間睇咗品牌慶祝8周年出版嘅刊物The Curated設計、排版精美唔在講佢哋用心咁走訪團隊上下唔同伙伴有品牌靈魂人物、有前線同事就連投資者專訪到有一齊解構品牌、店舖同餐單設計嘅理念一齊回顧品牌一路走來嘅歲月特別欣賞佢哋嘅出品唔單止奉行「多菜少肉、少油少甜」佢哋另外仲有「四不做」原則不能有骨、不能濃味、不能油炸、不能複雜雖然有呢啲限制但佢哋依然每四個月就轉一次餐單少一點Commitment 都做唔到呢⋯ continue reading

又係睇到佢賣廣告有新product出我呢個非Official嘅試食專員又出動幫佢試食🤭自費㗎以為佢有買一送一，原來又要Weekday 😖貪小便宜失敗試咗佢個Very Berry Matcha Latte 同埋雞卷嘢飲當然打卡able 啦，又有我喜歡嘅berry，背邊黐咗一啲berry 脆粒粒，有唔同嘅口感同層次嘢食就爭啲賣相，味道係好嘅，不過要趁熱食雖然佢大大件係抵食啲，不過對於一啲細食嘅人嚟講或者想試多啲嘢嘅人嚟講呢就似乎太大portion啦! 食咗半個卷已經差唔多到頂，唔太啱喜歡輕食嘅我 ，其實而家佢推出一啲sourdough菜式可以提供兩款口味，點解呢個唔可以呢？又或者細件啲價錢平少少。真係好希望Founder Benny真係會睇呢度嘅食評/comment ! 或者真係請我做試食/產品研發員我都唔介意😅另外就係室內佈置設計，呢個位置前身都係coffee shop，不過第一下踏入間舖頭先發覺原來咁細間。座位嘅擺法都有啲唔係太妥當我覺得，亦都唔見得好舒適（當然我明白太舒適又會令到啲人唔肯走啦） 不過個counter位置咁樣擺法令到啲客人好有壓迫感，最埋邊嘅位置出入都唔太方便 ，最出面大大張獨一無二嘅挨pan位又似乎太阻埞! 總之成個感覺就格格不入咁，同我最終情嘅西營盤總店真係差天淵之別 其實除咗西營盤店同埋紅磡店其他店嘅setting我都覺得一般般🤪（以上純屬個人意見，都係嗰句founder Benny可以搵我做市場策劃研究, 我好有興趣加入）😂努力R 撈中😂 continue reading
