整體來講,味道中上👌🏻絕對值得為左Reginette同BEef Tartare再來食多次😍因為呢個味道係平時其他餐廳好少食到!!不過建議大家一定要book咗位先好來😎唔係嘅話晏晝時間真係要等好耐,另外美中不足既就係得一個鐘入座,食得有啲急趕🤨

今期special 墨汁Pasta 真係好驚喜喎😳
意粉上枱嘅時候係出晒煙,香噴噴🤤帶住濃郁又新鮮嘅墨汁香氣,爭啲忍唔住未打卡都食佢!

墨汁的鮮味同意粉嘅Q彈口感完美結合,每一啖都係煙韌得黎又Juicy。墨汁的鹹香適中,並不會過於搶味,反而衬托出食材的新鮮。這道菜搭配埋新鮮嘅墨魚🦑,海鮮的鮮甜與墨汁的濃烈形成了絕妙嘅對比,口感豐富。上面仲有啲芝士粉,夾埋一齊好香!大推!

今次第一次打食評 因為職員服務質素欠佳俾三百多蚊的 卻有澳洲牛奶公司的上菜和收餐具速度 令人十分不安因本人一邊吃意粉一邊和朋友傾談職員已經在枱旁邊趕收碟(碟上還有羊肩肉和兩粒意粉)可以值得一試 不過服務態度好差大約8:44pm 又催趕收工本人只覺得食一餐飯都咁趕急不如去龍城茶記食飯之前一直留意大坑口的手工意粉終於在牛頭角開分店在網上預約7:30m 準時入座餐廳細少 都滿座叫了兩款前菜 三款意粉 和tiramisu 意粉的質地十分有口感和醬汁十分配合值得再食 只是分量太少 一人一個才夠喉

因為職員服務質素欠佳
