當然不能錯過手工意粉!點了最受歡迎的「Nduja Reginette」和「Brown Crab Cacio E Pepe - Bucatini」。手工意粉真的很煙靭,吃得出和一般意粉有分別。前者微辣,醬汁用辣肉腸、檸檬和奶酪,波浪形的麵條吃下去有點像手工刀削麵很掛汁!後者很 cheesy,以奶酪、蟹肉和黑椒為基底,雖然意粉帶有些蟹味,但其實沒太能吃到蟹肉。兩碟意粉量都很多,建議真的要和別人share,後半段都吃到有點膩。我個人更喜歡香辣的 Reginette❤️

Ox Cheek & Pickled Walnut Ragù Pappardelle嘅牛頰肉煮得好軟嫰,一絲絲咁,而且味道好入味,意粉方面,用咗寬身嘅Pappardelle,好掛汁,而且口感好好,好煙靱✨


Nduja Reginette就味道帶少少辣味🌶️,好惹味,而且醬汁帶有馬斯卡彭芝士香味🧀同檸檬🍋嘅酸味,幾特別,帶波浪紋嘅意粉口感同樣好煙靱,唔錯


甜品方面,我哋order 咗一份 Tiramisu,Tiramisu 有好香咖啡味同好重酒香味,而且口感綿滑☁️,亦都唔會過份濕潤

哩款炸意大利飯團,外皮金黃酥脆,內餡有蘑菇和流心芝士,Risotto食起來好濃郁但不油膩,質感有點像炸薯仔!

哩款義麵是呈波浪形的,非常Q彈有嚼勁而且掛汁,會有一點辣和酸,因為加了檸檬和辣肉腸碎,食起來幾惹味。而且它加入了大量芝士碎,芝士味很重,不過食到最後會有少少膩!

哩款係牛面頰肉手工義麵,經過12小時烹製的牛面頰肉肉質軟腍,濃郁還帶有微微的甜味,寬大的義麵口感煙韌且掛汁,上面還有層巴馬臣芝士,攪拌後更好食!

🔸Odette‘s Tiramisu (+Nocino)
哩個Tiramisu很有驚喜,份量很大,跟平常食到嘅酒味還要再濃一點,唔係太甜,酒味很重,芝士都很creamy,幾好食😋!

我們仲點了2杯Sparking wine 🍷 ,兩款味道清新易入口,很適合女生啊!🥰

🔸Ticino Spritz
哩杯用了Aperol、葡萄柚和氣泡酒調配,酸甜平衡得宜,入口清新又帶微微的果香👍🏻

🔸ClearDay in Maggiore
哩杯加入了Gin、薰衣草和氣泡酒,帶來另一種優雅的口感。薰衣草的香氣柔和而持久,配合Gin的清爽,喝下去感覺清新脫俗。
我和閨蜜一邊聊天,一邊享受晚餐,舉杯暢飲,整個氛圍很好,很舒服的過了一個美好的晚上。
