I already linked up my credit card for “no show” penalty as to protect their business. I did showed up but felt sorry about running late, the receptionist was rude and asked me “reschedule” OR release my table ! I was wondering is there any person queue up at the door for walk-in table? We are allowed to book a table every “15 mins” as per slot. Apparently I didn’t impact other dine-in customers … why so pushy ?! 🫤🫤🫤
Book檯俾全費訂金,少於72小時更改預約需要繳付100%餐費,我連信用卡都乖乖繳上,仲想點?接待員打電話嘅語氣好重,好rude
黎食餐飯而已,感覺好似欠左佢咁,唔知以為接待員就係老闆?!又或者佢真係想令到我cancel table, 照charge足全費🤦🏻♀️
One of waitress seems newly joined? She forgot the ingredients during the presentation of the dishes. And, she pour out the soup to the table that was messy. In general she was nice but needed to be trained up. In such fine dining environment, it was so disappointing.

Food Safety 🤮- Had a few dishes of Sashimi and raw food. unfortunately I have got runs 🚽right after the dinner at the same night, and 2nd run 🚽in the next morning! OMG 😓Should they learn from Japanese about how to handle sashimi in proper way ?!
頭盤小吃都有刺身、生蝦出現,外國人唔識妥善處理生肉?吃完竟然肚屙兩次!說不通。我食$1k嘅日本廚師發板都唔會肚痛⋯離譜!
By sharing this experience because of poor food hygiene 🚽and disappointing services that you better know beforehand. 🤒
唔係一咪出入星級酒店、裝修華麗、價錢mark up 到貴一貴就被認定「fine」,作為食客,持平地論食物,單論味道,頭盤Seasoning 欠協調,過酸過鹹,唔舒服。
刻意用上貴價食材但充滿違和感,eg. 咸香魚子醬配雪糕🥴(點設計㗎?個人觀感)
件黑松露已經擺到無曬香氣,仲拎出黎食用,廚師覺得無問題?值$3k咩?
唯一出色係和牛,一件細細牛肉,另加$500無問題嘅…願者上釣👌咁基本餐$2800質素喺邊度?!
純粹個人真實經驗及感受,十分難受,俾錢買難受😮💨😭 少啲打手,多啲持平食評,我就唔洗掃興,肚屙整個晚上,不吐不快!
