星期日下午 在pure yoga上完堂 留在nood food買咗杯mocha (free upgrade oat milk) $45一杯坐係度望住觀察街景休息一下… 完全唔會比人趕走..咖啡好香好濃 mocha都唔會好甜環境好舒服 唔逼.. 有得揀梳化 見到nood food仲有好多健康食品 奶昔，乳酪等等下次可以約埋朋友上嘆chill 一chill🤗

佢會話埋俾你知個卡路里 同埋營養有幾多 方便健身人士計算卡路里 protein fats carbs 同埋味道都尚算可以 可以加熱嚟食 而且做完瑜伽或者運動就非常方便快捷 Milkshake 都有埋卡路里提供有高蛋白質之選方面做gym人士飲用，而且佢會加段時間都會update下Menu有新鮮感個人幾鍾意食雜莓嘅亞籽布甸 健健康康都幾好味

上完yoga 當然要補充D體力🤭香蕉🍌核桃乳酪杯 🟡🟡🟡⚪️⚪️酸甜度適中，營養均衡最緊要🫡香蕉🍌花生醬🥜貝果🥯 🟠🟠🟠🟠⚪️本人是香蕉🍌甜品🍮控，此貝果🥯真的不錯，好好味😋

Since the due date of the voucher is coming, I randomly order some food before exercise. They are expectedly good and tasty. I even found it better than PxxxMxxxxx. The lettuce is still fresh and crunchy. 'Crack' for every single bite! I m especially fond of the vegan curried chickenpea sandwich. It's slightly spicy enhances the appetite and maintains the healthy diet.  I will come to it again!
