Nood is my go-to for work day lunches and for healthy, clean but yummy eating. The food is vibrant and colourful! Every day they feature a variety of salads and also hot items - allowing you to balance your carbs, fiber and protein. I usually opt for their salad box for takeaway or salad plate for dine-in. I appreciate how we can add a hot item as well. I have also had many of their sandwiches previously and have also enjoyed them alongside a hot turmeric latte in the winters.  The variety they

鄰近星街呢間NOOD FOOD提供嘅two-dish rice，食得健康又飽嚟講都只係$55！喺港島地區實屬難得我揀咗嘅餸包括無激素雞胸碎豆腐蒸蛋、枸杞烤翠玉瓜 ，佢地default會比飯同埋沙律🫶🏻 食落感覺十分健康，而且staff都會裝得滿滿的，食得clean又有飽腹感，味道亦都相當唔錯。另外，佢地環境亦都非常舒適，推介比大家！

本身自己係pure會員 所以上堂中間空餘嘅時間都會過嚟cafe食啲嘢先 灣仔分店環境好舒適 特別安靜 空間感好夠 見唔少人會拎埋電腦過嚟做嘢 有充電位食物方面都好多選擇 價錢唔會特別貴～有輕食或者飽肚啲嘅嘢食堂食我就點咗手撕雞wrap 店員好貼心會加熱份量超級夠，雞肉嚡咗少少，但係食落感覺會健康啲🤣另外外賣咗一份細嘅沙律 可以揀四樣餸如果女仔嘅話其實可以分兩餐食熱量唔係好高 好適合減肥人士食 如果沙律菜少啲醬料會更加好

做完運動太肚餓，即刻響Nood點咗個沙律。 通常Small size 已經夠飽，今次caser salad 嘅調味好好，唔會太多醬，但糙米就略嫌比較硬，同埋可惜當日冇紅菜頭。呢度嘅沙律唔會好似有啲餐廳咁凍冰冰，所以有時冬天我都會照食。揀完沙律嘅之後見Social Media有介紹Pistachio Oat Milk Latte，開心果控即刻點咗一杯，順便補充蛋白質。佢冇加糖，係開心果原味，冇乜特別但夠香滑，$45 都幾大杯。灣仔星街分店空間較大，有長枱、有梳化，都算多人，不過好少要等位。呢度仲有杯提供可以自己去斟水，食物款式亦多，有主食，有些較小的分店是沒有水杯和沙律Combo。

呢間Nood係我喺咁多間Nood入面比較喜愛嘅一間 因為環境比較舒適，而且啱哂yoga break之間想食啲嘢嘅我 有啲時間食嘢，但食完要做運動我都怕食太飽會頂吐，但呢個純素卡邦尼意粉份量雖然係好多（性價比都幾高），不過又唔會好難消化，而且都有落好多mushroom，好好味雖然我唔係vegan/ vegetarian, 不過間中我都幾鍾意食Nood嘅純素食物，感覺相當清新，亦都唔油膩

因為報讀了瑜伽課程，中途有個半小時的午餐時間，又不想出外進餐至太肥膩和太飽，於是選擇了pure yoga內的nood food內進食。選擇了這個avocado bagel。最愛牛油果因為他是Super food 😍。這個牛油果bagel感覺很健康，輕巧得來又飽腹感。牛油果配上適合的黑椒調味，配合在翻熱了的bagel上，脆脆的感覺，本人認為是最佳的選擇！

我點了他們的大素食沙拉，自選6款食物。這些菜看起來色彩繽紛，非常吸引人。沙拉中的新鮮蔬菜包括生菜、胡蘿蔔絲、椰菜花和藜麥，每一口都帶來了豐富的口感和清新的味道。沙津醬汁非常美味，酸辣開胃，而且與蔬菜的搭配非常恰到好處。醬汁中的香料和調味料使菜餚更加豐富。這道素食沙津沙拉不僅美味，而且非常健康。Nood的服務也非常出色。工作人員友好且樂於助人，提供了良好的用餐體驗。餐廳的環境乾淨舒適，讓人感到放鬆和愉悅。總而言之。如果你是素食者或者喜歡輕食，我推薦你來，唯一美中不足的是假期較進取

I’ve been a pure member for a while but this was my first experience with nood food. I didn’t really have much expectation for the food there since it had always seemed to me like a little food stall that sells overpriced smoothies. The chicken Caesar wrap I had was absolutely delightful. The first thing that caught my attention was the generous amount of shredded chicken inside the soft, white bread roll. The chicken was tender and had a rich, savory flavor that paired perfectly with the creamy sauce. Join左Pure嘅朋友點會有啲優惠券，咁就梗係要用啲優惠券黎食啲好野啦。不過，Smoothie都要85蚊一杯，除左貴，究竟有啲乜嘢特別？其實，杯嘢，做完高溫瑜珈之後，特別好飲。甜得黎味道清新自然，清涼透心。未至於凍到飲唔落，亦都唔會暖到水汪汪。口感豐厚實在，而唔會停滯係飲管中。天然食材製作，但係冇渣宰戟住喉嚨，飲完成個人身心舒暢。杯乳酪落去正正常常，但係原來佢暗地落咗楓糖漿，令成件事surprisingly sweet，燕麥成功加上健康豐富既口感而唔乾。重點係，雜·莓·唔·酸！呢樣野好重要，我地唔應該為左健康放棄味覺享受！不過對男仔黎講份量唔算多，要做早餐嘅話就要嗌多幾樣嘢。餐廳位於瑜伽中心，氣氛一流。燈光chill得來好warm，環境好正念，好放鬆。坐係軟綿綿既梳化上，好快就忘記杯野既價錢。（ 當然啦，杯野都係值咁嘅價錢，如果唔係，點會咁多人幫襯？）離開時，記得講番句namaste~

今日想食得clean d，喺openrice見到呢間有沙律就衝左入嚟嚕！🤣🤣🤍沙律有得揀細(4配料) 或大 (6配料)🦖除此之外，仲可揀salmon/ shredded chicken當一大餸🤔 我呢個係shredded chicken 配 2個sides!!分別揀左羽衣甘藍🥬同豆腐🤍佢每個配料已預先撈好唔同味道，羽衣甘藍都新鮮，豆腐就正常！而shredded chicken份量都比得幾多！！都算滑嘅，佢仲有汁，可以自己撈或佢幫你撈👻最正係有個area 可以比你除鞋坐喺cushion上食野，好chill!

Super cozy, spacious, healthy place. Not cheap. Salads are great, impossible burgers are a bit dry, fresh smoothies perfect, bottled juices decent. Coffee not great, best to opt for a turmeric latte. 200Mbit WiFi, lots of power sockets, usually not crowded, pleasant to work or meet. Plushy interior softens the din.
