Introduction
一間以堅持及傳承廣東原味手造點心、傳統潮州滷水及「水滾茶靚」的小店,位於首條華人名字取名、又名「中環女人街」的利源東街。由鑽研50年香港點心的米芝蓮老師傅黃耀波主理,他的金句「有心不會做,事事做不到,人人有個心,識做就做到。」,反映香港人的勤奮有拼勁的素質。由本地知名的建築師Albert Kwan打造中西元素氛圍的室內設計,可能是利源東街最不惜公本的食店,店內掛著「姣斯躉篤」的牌匾,希望在一條本土文化的港式小街,在傳統中找出飲食點子。

My whole dining experience at the restaurant is EXTREMELY disappointing. 1. Upon arrival, I noticed a few flies hovering around our reserved table. Though I requested a different table, the staff were unable to accommodate my request. However, they offer to kill the flies with an electric racket. I felt super uncomfortable as the dead flies fell onto the table, so I stopped him, the manager then said the flies will fly away as he turned the air conditioning higher. 2. the lack of staff during peak lunch hours. Only two members were serving the entire restaurant, and one of them (the female staff) had a bad attitude and was not very friendly at all. The service was super slow, no one was available to take our order and we were not offered any tea until I chased them for a few times. 3. when we tried to order four glasses of iced lemon tea, we were informed that only three glasses (?!) were available. The staff member seemed annoyed and didn't offer any other options nor explanation. 4. we ordered a fried rice, but the restaurant gave us the wrong dish. We did not realize this until a few minutes later when the staff member informed us that the fried rice was for another table. The manager/ staff took it away and went straight to another table. This was very concerning as the dish had been on our table for some time and was exposed to our saliva.Overall, my experience at this restaurant was EXTREMELY disappointing, especially since I had brought my business partners. I would never visit the restaurant again and would never recommend to anyone.

Came for both lunch and dinner. Everything here is delicious, especially the radish puffs, claypot braised tofu, bbq pork buns, 水煮牛I will not be satisfied by a radish puff from anywhere else. I didn’t even know how much I adore radish puffs until I ate here. These puffs embody the delicate contrasting textures that make dimsum so special.I wish I lived or worked closer so I could visit even more often. It is a good meal for all times of day, and good both for a solo lunch or a group dinner (w/ reservation)

It's been a few years since I've had NOVE, and as my memory serves me the pork chop rice was delicious.Today we tried some dim sums, most of them were above par, especially the wonton in chicken soup and the prawn toast.The pork chop rice was of course one of the key dishes we got, the rice was a bit wet although the seasoning and the pork chop are still good. Hope it was just a one-time thing. Of course we tried some new dishes too, the pot of Kai Lan was absolutely delicious, and very very hot. The dried shrimp were huge, and that added a lot of flavour and aroma to the pot.
