今日去咗朋友度玩,晏晝或者去佢哋會所度飲茶可能係會所嘅茶樓,所以星期日都唔使點樣等位蟹子燒賣飲茶必叫蟹籽燒賣味道都唔錯,豬肉唔太肥都唔太瘦,幾紮實雞扎雞扎就正常貨色,同平時出邊嘅茶樓食都差唔多不過份量都幾大,夠魚肚朔晒啲雞汁,係幾好味鳳爪鳳爪食就冇食到,不過見同台嘅朋友都清曬芋泥角啲芋泥好鬆化,每人切半舊食唔會咁熱氣雪山叉燒包雪山叉燒包就真係敗筆,個叉燒包腍啤啤咁樣濕晒,真係唔好食乾炒牛河乾炒牛河大大碟都好夠鑊氣,五個人每人都食到兩碗

雞扎
雞扎就正常貨色,同平時出邊嘅茶樓食都差唔多
不過份量都幾大,夠魚肚朔晒啲雞汁,係幾好味

鳳爪
鳳爪食就冇食到,不過見同台嘅朋友都清曬
芋泥角
啲芋泥好鬆化,每人切半舊食唔會咁熱氣
雪山叉燒包
雪山叉燒包就真係敗筆,個叉燒包腍啤啤咁樣濕晒,真係唔好食
乾炒牛河
乾炒牛河大大碟都好夠鑊氣,五個人每人都食到兩碗

平時大家見到的屋苑會所,會有種外人與狗不准進入的感覺。今天在我家附近的中菜館隱藏在會所中,可對外招待,食物還有點質素。這天選的是3人晚飯套餐。雞方面可以選擇菜膽雞或炸子雞,我們當日選了菜膽雞,另外再可選多3個餸。最後我們選擇了例湯,當日例湯是花生眉豆雞腳湯,通菜炒肉片和清蒸大石斑。雞方面很有雞味,通菜有菜味。令深刻印象的反而是清蒸大海斑,連我平日不愛吃魚的人也食得津津有味。皆因實在鮮甜,其他酒樓的大魚都是肉鞋而無味,而這間菜館的蒸海斑卻是鮮甜有味,而且肉質滑溜。最後還有紅豆沙贈送。3人大約500元左右埋單,雞吃不完最後要打包離開,性價比尚算合理。菜館平日有做早茶市,下次可以試一試點心。

食物品質飄忽, 係一般嘅屋邨酒樓。平時都有去開飲下午茶, 純粹貪佢方便就腳。但今次去, 大部份點心都強差人意。脆麻花 淋左柚子茶醬甜口, 脆得黎吾油又吾厚粉係成餐最好吃嘅 牛肉腸 吾知係粉漿開吾好太濕還係點樣, 腸粉皮粉爛又難夾, 入口漿口,有點難吞,吞似麻糬流沙包 餡少到嚇襯, 咬開大概得粒麥提莎甘多,好似吃白饅頭甘。可能個點急凍包嘅餡仲多點 一籠3個,得1個係正常餡量。都五知係我五好彩還係點樣鮮竹卷 第一次試,吃得出餡嘅芹菜味,幾好因為有芡汁,所以腐皮太軟,吃吾到腐皮味蝦餃 上枱皮太黏, 一夾就會整爛曬點皮 餡嘅蝦肉都係爽嘅煎茄子 點醬過咸, 第一啖好似吃左撮鹽甘 茄子肉微酸, 不過魚肉夠厚。但真係太咸雞扎 腐皮都算厚, 有咬口 可惜芋頭太爛又濕, 完全夾吾起鳳爪味道一般,口感有點怪 但花生好吃,夠綿
