一間座落在K11的意大利餐廳要以團購價招徠,$99 二人午餐,簡直是超值,少嘗意大利餐的我,當然附庸風雅一番,學一點意大利的飲食文化。侍應的態度不算很好但亦不太差; 可能是太忙之故,好像不太想回答人客問題,但她又會安排椅子給我放東西.... 本質不差! Haha....先來了白麵包,枱上備有黑醋汁調味,頗像樣; 之後問題出現了! 每個人只可在沙律和餐湯之間二選其一,主食的意式蘑菇意大利飯和燒豬柳伴火腿芝士又少得可怕.... 和朋友share真的食不知味,又尷尬,根本沒法細心品嚐,只知道沙律菜算新鮮,餐湯一般,燒豬柳無印象,因為少得吃不真! 最大印象的反而是意大利磨菇飯,半生熟飯雖說是意大利傳統,但一般香港人如我便吃不慣了,最喜歡食軟飯 !$99 當然超值,但那份量恐怕美少女也差一點點吧! 這價錢只會吸引一班像我一樣的經濟倉客人,又怎懂得欣賞那貴精不貴多的廚藝理念呢! 消失的原因是否「高不成」?我不知道,但肯定是「低不就」!

生日飯跟老c9到尖沙咀K-11商場的Oceanna吃飯,其實這餐廳的菜單可以在網上找到,所以基本上去之前已經大概決定了點甚麼。我們一心是想去吃那個$688兩位用的龍蝦餐,看去不錯,但去到發現原來SET DINNER可以用$68加一個海鮮拼盤,頓時又果惑起來。侍應見到我們“那麼想”吃海鮮拼盤,最後決定照樣讓我們用$68加拼盤。很精彩,對吧?每樣東西兩件,不過最好吃的只是生蠔,螺也不錯,其他的老子覺得雪很太凍,沒有鮮味,也沒有其麼味道。不過$68還是抵食的。然後龍蝦餐的頭盤我們各選了一種。先來龍蝦芒果沙律。再來碳燒大磨菇拼千層薯配意大利藍芝士汁。兩樣的味道還不過,後者的味道對我們來說較新鮮,藍芝士跟磨菇的味道意外的合拍。接著的一道菜,龍蝦湯很龍蝦,肯定是有味精,但飲完沒有太口渴也就可以了。南瓜忌廉湯配意式小雲吞恰如其份,不錯。到主菜了。我們分別點了,波士頓龍蝦(慢煮)配扁意粉。我想說因為是慢煮,沒有煮得太熟,龍蝦吃下去爽口便可以了,味道上沒有太大驚喜,合格。另一個主菜是燒美國牛肋骨扒配香煎鵝肝(黑松露菌汁)。這個組合很多地方都可以吃到,這裏的牛肋骨扒是切成一小塊上的,剛好一口一塊,再夾上自己切的多汁鵝肝,大家都明白吧,不健康的東西,一定好吃。最後還有甜品意式冧酒朱古力餅伴雪糕,暖暖的朱古力餅配雪糕,足料滿足。(相影得不大好)我們那天去的時候,人不多,環境頗靜,不過大家都明白,環境可以被一兩位客人破壞,不可作準,整體上是個跟朋友聚會的好地方,可以慢慢吃。我們那一餐吃了近兩小時,所以也可以算是有一半錢是食環境。

一切從團購開始……鰲是一家路經K11都會知道的店,裝潢不俗,挺吸引人的;所以看到團購,就忍不住買了,想要嚐嚐。不過,嚐了,就知道她在趕客!先是限定在下午二時才可光顧;也無不可,畢竟你在撿便宜貨。由於是團購,許多都是二選一或是四選二,既是二人餐,二選一當然各選其一,所以只需四選二了。於是,期待食物……環視四周,店內裝淇明顯是想要走高檔次路線的,只是員工不會當高級餐廳的行為——在沒甚顧客而寧靜非常的環境下,不斷推桌椅,完全破壞心情。又回到食物身上。首先,你聽到開汽水的聲音,「滋——」,只是一個點了可樂,一個點了七喜,為啥只有一聲?而七喜只有飲管上的一些氣泡,而味道……有些事,你是可以想像到的!再而是餐湯的上場——算是這頓飯最可口的食物,蘑菇味濃,其次濃郁的是牛油味,如果你喜歡就完全被它征服了!沙律的作用是清腸胃,所以要酸一點點?其實,沙律真的很難不好吃吧?但事實是廚子重手了,沙拉醬汁太多,酸得要命。不是開胃,而是削胃……頭盤「小」吃進場!如果這也是因為我的團購關係,我無話可說!不過,不理價格,就食物質素而言,除了心寒,就是心酸——多寒酸!左邊是秘製燒雞翼——燒得過火了,外皮乾得可以,甚至硬了!而雞肉亦是太乾而需努力咀嚼!右邊是煙肉蛋批——單用看的就知道不會脆……一口咬下(可幸我是小口,不然一口咬下甚麼都不剩!),外皮不單不脆,而且太稔。至於餡,坦白說,量不多,真的吃不出甚麼來,只知道有煙肉味而已。好了,終於正餐主食了!賣相不俗,但味道令人失望! 先是微溫的意大利粉與茄汁未完全混合,再而是青口除了白灼味之外,沒有鮮味且灼過頭太有嚼勁!蝦、蜆都是同樣問題!另一主食是雞肉西蘭花楠瓜汁意大利飯 先是用材不豐,雞肉小而西蘭花只有三小棵;如果這是因為團購請明言,我會先做好心理準備。繼而是吃不到楠瓜味……意大利飯的稠度還可以,但配件已令人失望之極。坦白說,即或是星期六的下午,客人不多,你喜歡坐多久都可以,是一個不錯的調情地點,很適合那些吃境不吃食物的人。

With a spirit of adventure, we decided to give Oceanna a try.a) Romaine Lettuce Salad – 7.5/10This is an orange, romaine lettuce salad with honey pommery dressing. The romaine was fresh but with many green part of the leaves.b) Seafood Platter (at an extra course of $68 to upgrade from the salad) 7/10The seafood platter was quite impressive given its price tag when it was delivered to the table. The oysters from Australia were fresh but not comparable to those in Europe. The muscles were creamy and nicely cooked. The sea whelks were plain but the tails were prior removed. The clams were fresh but also not rich in flavor. The shrimps were over cooked.c) Vegetable soup – 7.5/10The vegetable soup tasted like those Campbell’s canned soup, still not bad and rich with a few dices of carrot, tomato, potato, celery and cabbage.d) Grilled rib eye steak (choice of steak or spaghetti for the course) – 7.5/10It’s cooked to order (medium well). The steak was tender and with flavour.e) Crab meat and prawns spaghetti (choice of steak or spaghetti for the course) - 7/10The spaghetti was not exactly al dante but still better than those served in local bistros. It was served hot but a bit bland. Just 3 pieces of prawns but with much flavour and freshness than the shrimps in the seafood platter. The crab meat was scarcely found on the dish and tasted like frozen meat.f) Apple filo pastry roll – 7/10The apple roll was warm, crispy outside but chewy inside.g) Coffee – 8/10With good aroma.h) Red/white wine (at an extra $30 for a glass of house wine) – 7.5/10Drinkable house wine.02.2013

環境偏暗, 座位算濶落, 侍應一般主菜的烤肉眼扒賣相很好,烤得香味四溢的。要了medium rare想不到是日在這間以海鮮為主打的餐廳會吃到似樣子的牛扒。肉眼扒肉質很好,嫩滑有肉味,間在中間的肥油部份也很甘香豐腴,非常滿意!露荀忌廉湯: 底有蟹肉同帶子, 濃度剛剛好, 少少茸, 係個碗邊滴左兩滴上枱就唔係太好...芒果拿破侖餅可能是set dinner 關係, 比其他兩個細了許多.梳乎厘雖雖然甚有睇頭, , 味道甜味適中.tiramisu 也做得不錯, 沒有過濃的酒味, 也不太濕.甜品有個士多啤梨脆,都好ok
