喺香港地食情人節套餐,好多時都會中伏。2025年又再次唔信邪,去咗西營盤高街去試吓新嘅餐廳。呢間Off Town Kitchen係一間標榜法國農村菜嘅餐廳。去到呢間餐廳,驚訝地發現地方非常淺窄,枱同枱之間嘅空間好少。但係佢哋嘅服務都非常貼心,整咗一個位置俾客人放隨身物品。呢個我覺得值得稱讚嘅。情人節餐當然就比較貴,今日個Menu價值$888,兩個人食差唔多$2000。所以對佢期望都會比較高雖然餐廳環境有啲淺窄,裝修亦都麻麻地。環境好似坊間嘅清水樓,連牆紙都未有嗰種。望一望佢個餐牌,唔係好覺係法國農村菜。反而好似一般嘅西餐。不過希望都係好食嘅。餐廳第一個上咗兩塊好細好細嘅麵包,冇錯,只有兩塊。size就好似一個成年人手掌嘅¼。黎左都唔係好覺 😥我哋試咗兩個唔同嘅頭盤,第一個係鵝肝。鵝肝煎得香濃香脆,內裏保持鬆軟。味道香濃。呢個做得唔錯。另一個頭盤係蝦,唔覺佢有咩特別。蝦肉比較結實,但係唔覺係一啲新鮮嘅海蝦。似係冰鮮蝦。羅勒葉蕃茄汁有少少辣,味道都尚算唔錯。但係以咁貴嘅價錢期望可能有少少落差。接住落嚟就係個美式華都夫沙律,味道可以。但係呢個沙律喺屋企都做到。性價比唔高。呢個自家製闊條麵味道算唔錯,但係本身以為會比較煙靭,點知可能煮得有啲過時,軟腍腍。冇咗意大利麵應有嘅咬口。神奇嘅係個意大利麵一啖係熱,下一啖只係常溫。唔多似係新鮮煮出嚟。有點失望。終於到咗主角,呢個Wellington混合咗鵝潤腸,個味道未必個個人都接受到。但係我自己覺得唔錯。酥皮係脆,用美國安格斯牛柳都可以話係唔錯。牛扒質地鬆軟,有濃烈嘅肉香。唔會煎過龍。情人節嘅甜品當然一定要有雪糕。拿破崙tiramisu蛋糕都算係一個比較破格嘅甜品。但係本身拿破崙蛋糕嘅脆皮應該係鬆脆,但係呢一個就變咗硬脆。味道雖然唔錯,但係口感差少少。其實總體嚟講食物嘅質素唔算太好,$888一位呢個價錢我個期望就會高啲。如果呢個套餐係價值$488,都算抵食。情人節嘅餐廳其實好講氣氛,以為法國菜嘅氣氛會比較好。點知後面有一台會高談闊論同大講粗口嘅中年女人同男人。🤦🏻‍♂️真係破壞晒氣氛。佢哋嘈到我哋坐對面想講嘢都講唔到。呢台嘅客人質素簡直非常差。嘈到我只想快啲食完快啲走。其實高街好多間唔同嘅餐廳,競爭都好大。下次再去試吓其他餐廳啦。 continue reading

一間細細的餐廳,目測大約坐16至18人,所以一定要book位啦。節日關係,佢哋只供應聖誕set menu。一睇價錢大家都嘩一聲,冇諗過這種小店lunch要$900😱 不過食完之後就覺得物有所值,亦能感受到廚師嘅用心。洋蔥湯香濃,燒豬髀皮脆肉嫩,威靈頓牛扒牛肉好香腍又唔肥,酥皮仲係脆的。Mussels 個汁好好味😋 最驚喜就係甜品,薑餅人好靚,個酥皮撻好脆又唔油膩👍🏻 值得推介的小店👍🏻 continue reading

以前都幫襯過呢間小店起碼都有六七次了,初初同老公及家人嚟,最近呢一次星期三和兩個女朋友嚟,預先訂咗mussels; Beef Wellington ; roast pig. 咁我哋準時到啦,發覺原來食Beef Wellington 的話,就一定要叫二人套餐的,要每人$788 +1 ,但係我哋又想食mussels, 又想食佢嗰個German pasta,同埋又訂咗roast pig, 邊度會食得晒,只是三個人。所以我哋放棄咗食Beef Wellington了。咁結果mussels, German pasta,roast pig and roast chicken. 3 三個甜品+2 杯tea + 1 杯latte。埋單$2277 ,我哋覺得有啲貴,尤其是個Mussels 差唔多$650+其實價錢比想像中貴,唔係一個大問題。佢啲mussels 特登去買同埋都好新鮮。但係失望嘅就係有以下幾點,希望老闆娘睇到,可以改進。但係嗰晚老闆娘唔喺度的。1) 佢哋個Menu好唔Flexible,點解beef wellington 唔可以獨立叫呢?2) 佢嗰個Ala carte Menu縮晒水,比以前嘅選擇爭得遠。每樣只係得兩三樣嘢揀,我哋想叫牛扒,夥計又話老闆娘喺唔喺度整唔到。真係拗晒頭。牛扒咋喎。所以我哋先揀咗嗰個Roast Chicken。3) 嗰個German pasta同以前做法都唔同, pasta冇以前嘅煙靭感,但加咗好多牛肉塊喺面度,其實都唔係難食嘅,不過想食以前嘅口味就冇咗,同埋成碟有些少鹹。4) 我哋叫咗兩杯Camomile tea,來到嗰個茶杯細到不得了,不但只望上去令到你唔係好想飲嗰杯茶,其實我哋飲咗兩三啖已經飲完。之後我就叫嗰火記拎一杯滾水嚟再將個茶包放入滾水度再飲。以前我記得我都叫過茶,個杯係大大地好正常的。真係希望老闆娘Kobi睇到,可以將間餐廳改善返。嗰晚得兩台啫,食物出得得頗快,夥計都幾好招呼的。 continue reading

朋友為我地揀嘅小小西餐廳,環境cozy 睇得出店主花左唔小心機佈置。點菜時,主廚有貼心提醒我地套餐嘅份量比較多,我地4個女仔,點左一個威靈頓2人set,再加一份乳豬已經好夠,每一樣食物亦都好好食,特別係份威靈頓,味道超好,酥皮亦唔油膩。因為生日,主廚亦好貼心幫我地打埋燈影相😆 我地4個都覺得好值得encore❤️ continue reading
