餐前麵包香氣十足,口感都喺粗糙硬身,喺手工包口感。配埋自家醃製西班牙橄欖同蒜泥馬鈴薯,口味非常豐。橄欖的酸甜口味,可以清一清口腔同醒一醒胃。
番茄麵包配西班牙伊比利亞火腿,火腿味道豐富,肉質鮮嫩,搭配番茄麵包,滿滿嘅西班牙美味風情。
Padron辣椒搭配Romesco醬,辣椒唔算大隻,但帶有微辣味,但唔會好辣。辣椒表面有燒過,所以無味浸草青味,反而多浸甜味,搭配上Romesco醬(好似肉醬咁😂),更加令人有食慾。個人最鍾意呢個appetizer👍👍。
黑松露油配牛肝菌湯,味道濃郁,加上黑松露油的香氣,真喺好西班牙嘅風味。
“Gambas al Ajillo”蒜香明蝦,蝦肉煮得啱啱好,無霉口,加埋濃濃嘅蒜香味,真喺令人垂涎欲滴。
烤西班牙章魚,章魚烤得恰到好處,所以唔會韌,所以好易咬,仲好爽口,仲好重章魚味。
用紅酒燴熟嘅伊比利亞豬腮肉,燉得啱啱好,口感鮮嫩多汁。搭配埋甜薯泥,味道更加豐富。
食咗好多樣前菜😂😂😂終於嚟到主菜。
烤乳豬,烤得到表面好香脆,但肉質仍然鮮嫩。同粵式烤乳豬好唔同,表皮唔會好厚脆,而且有風乾過嘅香味,都真喺好西班牙烤肉風味。
地中海風格的烤章魚配蔬菜Romesco醬,章魚鮮嫩美味😂😂同前菜嘅章魚有d肉,不過主菜就大舊d同大條d,雖然配埋蔬菜Romesco醬,但其實章魚味道好濃,個醬就顯得可有可無。
最後,甜品就要咗紅酒燉梨,梨燉得剛好,搭配上紅酒,味道好豐富。
因為生日reservation,所以仲有西班牙糖果Churros,Churros搭配埋熱巧克力,真喺甜上加甜,不過會令人回味無窮。
整體嚟講,呢道可以好好體驗西班牙美食同裝修氛圍嘅地方。
菜品帶有濃郁的西班牙風味,而且食材都非常新鮮,味道鮮美。每一道菜品都是一件藝術品咁。仲提供各種西班牙葡萄酒,不過今次就無飲到😂😂下次嚟試下free flow先
