這個三文治用了法式麵包，還以為會很硬，但一咬下去原來是非常鬆脆，配以非常鮮嫩鴨胸肉，配上少許洋蔥，增加了整個三文治的層次，廚師使用了黑醋作為醬汁，減低了鴨胸肉的油膩感
