鱈魚扒煎得非常鮮嫩,魚味濃郁,配埋忌廉汁非常好食,不過可以大舊d就更好😅

焦糖啤梨煮得極甜,焦糖化到有少少痴牙的口感,而茴香菜味道偏鹹,分開食時一個勁甜一個勁鹹,勢估唔到兩樣一齊食會勁好食,兩者結合會成為新的味道,超有驚喜😍薯仔外脆內軟,配忌廉汁好好味😋

上個星期係朋友生日,諗起之前有另一個朋友推薦位於天后嘅On The Spot Cafe Bar Restaurant,想帶壽星去一間高級西餐廳慶祝下。餐廳氣氛好浪漫輕鬆,每張枱都有盞小夜燈,整體環境好乾淨好舒服。前菜有椰菜花湯同餐包,椰菜花湯有好醲郁嘅椰菜花味,餐包熱辣辣好軟熟。Main dish我嗌咗碟煎焗鱈魚扒,鱈魚肉好嫩滑 ,點埋法式刁草忌廉醬汁 ,點綴魚肉嘅鮮味,令人忍唔住一啖接一啖。伴碟有焦糖啤梨 ,酸酸甜甜好開胃好清新,食落一啲都唔油膩。飲品方面,我本身好少飲酒,但呢到有啲好靚嘅mocktail。我嗌咗杯Ferro-rasberry,杯飲品係紫色漸變色,好適合IG打卡,而且佢唔會好甜,有好fresh嘅雜莓味,原來佢用咗雜莓同特製糖漿整,每一啖都有啲creamy嘅味,好飲!

夜晚食呢間樓上餐廳我哋兩個人唔想叫dinner set因為當晚冇打算飲酒所以就單點左四樣菜品前菜係熱情果鮮帶子好清新嘅味道有清甜的水果和辣椒的香氣下面食到牛油果泥的味道🥑不過各種調味唔算太夾好在份量都大 算抵食嘅pizza叫左帕爾馬火腿芝士披薩做法幾特別薄底pizza中間放了一整層帕爾馬火腿上面有一層芝士 將火腿封喺中間口感軟糯咸香 好味道北海道帶子蘑菇意大利飯都好好味奶油蘑菇醬好香而且飯好煙韌 但唔會夾生帶子用黃油煎得好香🧈煎焗比目魚同虎蝦分量幾足 食得出好新鮮不過蝦嘅調味整得冇比目魚咁好味魚皮脆脆嫩嫩唔錯蝦就中規中矩
