I ordered a take away, it was 8:45pm, not the peak hour, they gave me the wrong food! And I called and they didn’t even apologise…. Very bad experience! Don’t go!

餐廳自開張以來，已成為我們的canteen。無他，近屋企，食物又好，餐牌食物多選擇，份量足，價錢不太貴，服務不錯，還不用加一，節省不少! 😂午餐最喜食 2 eggs DIY，2隻蛋自由煮法配3款自選材料，最喜炒蛋，自選材料選擇多，喜配火腿及蔬果! 咖啡香濃，配小曲奇，先生最愛。😍這天晚餐我選擇了Sizzling Fajitas，牛雞都好食，就叫個混合吧! 熱辣辣牛扒及雞扒，配上最喜的燈龍椒及洋蔥，香味四溢，薄餅加入各式醬汁，再配上主菜雞及牛，好味 ! 😋 份量太多，都食唔哂，若2人share就最理想 ! 🤩 先生今次試 Chicken, Bacon & Avocado Burger，配上至愛薯條，怎不說好呢 ! 😂 說真，這餐廳的薯條真係好好食! 😋 晚餐時分仍有 Happy Hour，白酒配晚餐，perfect match ! 👍

Been to Oolaa TKO a few times since I live nearby. I found their service has gone downhill, especially their senior/ manager staff. Today, I ordered takeaway. When arrived for pickup, they took my credit card for ages! Never a word of “sorry for keep you waiting” when home, I found they missed out one of my orders. Food portion is small, very expensive but low quality food. Food ready 25 mins after ordering. Normal Spaghetti and Pizza. HKD100 for side dishes with 2 very small sausages and 3 pieces of bacon. Bill was over charged a few hundred as staff wrongly typed 5 as 8. Staff were rude and impolite and very poor service. Ended up a very unpleasant diningexperience. Not recommended and will never go again!!

The service here was excellent. We really enjoyed the restaurant setting and outdoor seating. The food was okay. The wok fried calamari was delicious. Bloody Mary had a little spice which was good. The frozen margarita didn’t have a lot of flavour. But my friend said her margarita on the rocks was good.

I have dined at this restaurant once and the food was fine. So I have no doubt about it and ordered take away tonight.Most of the food we’ve ordered was terrible.Spaghetti - totally blend and the sauce stuck to my throatHamburger meat - you could taste the oily kitchen in the meat Cheese cake - OMG - the cake was not set firmed, it was like something regurgitatedI will not go there any more even if it offers free food.

一行八人去食飯，見裝修唔錯，諗住試下，環境唔錯，坐落都舒服，顧客過半數都係外籍人士，諗住咁多外國人既西餐廳一定穩陣，開頭幾度頭盤味道都唔錯，可以話係好食，但上菜速度真係超慢，唔知係咪因為果日人多，爆場，佢慢到我地最後都頂唔順，要吹佢，我哋八個人其實只係叫左七樣食，其實大家都未飽，但因為佢上得太慢本來諗住再叫野已經唔敢，佢慢嘅程度係，我地由入去坐低，到行出門口用左兩個半鐘頭，我哋唔係坐左係度吹水，係一路係度等野食，最尾個兩度菜，係Risotto同燒羊架，我地係等唔到，要去吹佢，可能因為吹佢，攞到黎係超難食，個Risotto係水咁，估計係未煮夠時間就求其攞出黎，個羊架就超級over cook, 明明同佢講medium, 佢就well done都不止，直頭咬都咬唔入，結果同waitress投訴，跟手埋單走人！永不幫襯！

It is very frustrating if you have to plan to have a meal with your family which has little kids and a furry, the restaurant bluntly refused a reservation on a Sunday stating we must walk in and if we are lucky we find a table, I found this ridiculous as I’m working 6 days a week and Sunday is the only day I get to take my family out. 這裏地方大，環境裝修優美，是一個跟好友來一個悠閒早餐的好地方。這裏特別售賣一些特色吐司有咸有甜，很新穎。份量不多剛好來一個輕盈早餐。咖啡方面，每杯咖啡也配上小甜餅一片，咖啡味濃，但如果可以大杯一點更好。這裏是寵物歡迎餐廳有戶外座位。

We had an unbelievable experience at this supposedly pet friendly environment restaurant. Was planning for dinner on a Sunday and then I walked by in the afternoon trying to reserve a table. I was then being advised Saturday and Sunday only take walk in guest.Three of us with a puppy were there around 7:30pm trying to get a table. 次次行過呢間都好香，所以早幾日上網book了今日Oolaa lunch叫了一個2-course set lunch，可以選跟starter/dessert，價錢就係$150 (no service charge)，係呢一頭價錢都係偏貴Starter: Roasted pumpkin & Asparagus Salad個人不特別喜歡呢個salad，尤其係feta cheese嘅味道，pumpkin亦食唔出係烤焗過，整體來講係可接受的水平Main course: Tomato, Mozarella & Basil Ravioli呢個Ravioli值得推介，味道出乎意料地好食，每一顆ravioli都充滿mozarella嘅香味，墊底嘅pumpkin purée 都好香，上面配埋rockets就令成碟colorful 啲整體都唔錯，值得之後再哩，不過就價錢偏貴，如果想抵d就建議叫set lunch，單點 a la carte就咩都唔包

今日去咗新開業嘅oolaa 將軍澳分店，位於將軍澳南海旁，調景嶺站或者將軍澳站行去大約8分鐘，位處寧靜的將軍澳海旁住宅群，海風吹埋嚟非常舒服，適合一家大細或者一班朋友嚟飲酒gatheringpepperoni pizza 辣肉腸pizza🍕好大份，辣肉腸配番茄醬再加咗Mozzarella cheese🧀, 有拉絲嘅效果👍🏻，批底厚薄適中，批邊好脆口好香，三四個人share多好足夠1/2 Herb Roasted Chicken & Chips 香草烤雞伴薯條好大隻雞完全唔似得半隻，加咗海鹽同黑椒吊味，外皮烤到好香，裏面嘅肉汁都鎖住咗，雞肉好嫩滑，配埋特製嘅醬汁非常夾，薯條都好脆，仲有沙律伴菜，尤其個番茄仔真係好好味，完全唔酸Wagyu Beef Spaghetti Bolognaise 和牛肉醬意粉番茄醬好香，意粉好彈牙，不過唔係好食得出和牛味，配個多士好脆好香，牛油味和香草味香濃Classic cocktail: Mojito & Caipirinha (lime with passion fruit) 熱情果加青檸同薄荷葉嘅雞尾酒，酸酸甜甜好易入口，有微微嘅伏特加酒味，$55 真係
