叮叮講左好耐,依度既食物有一定既質素。如果唔係就唔會係西環屹立至今。今個星期日,終於有機會試到佢既午市定食。花多眼亂,但偏愛魚生。五人行,四個角切魚生飯,三個食紅豆雪糕,兩個係肥妹仔,一個就玩特別食三六魚魚生飯。大家請睇睇,濤既定食非常正宗,有前菜中華沙律、燉蛋同麵豉湯。一間好有心思既餐廳,燉蛋有白果,個人覺得解膩。又有清甜既果香。角切魚生飯(6/5)********細節位依然有,有醃黃瓜、酸薑。青瓜、玉子同其他魚生比例非常好,魷魚、八爪魚又有。食材新鮮既得宜。相比其他餐廳會加希靈魚,但由於醋飯帶酸,會令口感唔好。但濤就令角切魚生飯昇華到另一層次。帶甜既魚鮮,如果鍾意食魚生既人,一定要試。紅豆雪糕,牛奶味重。滿足!一定會再黎試唔同菜色。今次係同埋叮叮屋企人食,好難忘,除左同家人一齊聚餐,依度所有既食物都好同我心意,好難忘呀。(下次我地偷偷再來)

細節位依然有,有醃黃瓜、酸薑。

青瓜、玉子同其他魚生比例非常好,魷魚、八爪魚又有。食材新鮮既得宜。
相比其他餐廳會加希靈魚,但由於醋飯帶酸,會令口感唔好。
但濤就令角切魚生飯昇華到另一層次。帶甜既魚鮮,如果鍾意食魚生既人,一定要試。

今晚和老公試試這家未吃過的,位於K Town的一家雅緻日本餐廳。 燒白膳串($85),口感爽口彈牙,魚質鮮甜味美,最好的一點是,不多骨。 鹽燒三文魚頭($140),魚頭本身鮮度十足,被燒至外脆內裡多汁,肉質仍保留嫩滑口感。 汁煮牛臉肉($168),牛肉很腍身,肉質香濃,醬汁鮮甜夠亦能帶出牛肉及蔬菜鮮味。 鯛魚湯稻庭烏冬($95),這個魚湯真是不得之了,口感香滑,魚味極濃,以鯛魚新鮮餚製,極為有誠意,稻庭烏冬的口感煙靭,很出色! 加洲卷($70),雖然普通,但師傅亦很用心製作,粒粒彈牙的米飯,新鮮的用料,實在難得! 這裡可以再來呀!

與老公午膳,沒有心緒食什麼時,路經看見就試吓吧,好的話考慮生日聚餐,當時近2點,已有很多空枱,服務員問有冇訂枱,O嘴!未試過去日本餐廳這麼昏暗,有些不好的預感,餐價約$80至200,我㸃了黑豚肉薑汁燒,老公的七味燒汁牛肉豆付窩,餐桌放的是外買木筷,oh no!餐價唔係平!等不用10分鐘,2個餐一齊來,薑汁黑䐁肉是細細條豬肉,汁是橙色的😬,嚐不到薑味,應該是麵豉醬開的,老公的牛肉豆付窩汁基本上相同,加上七味而以,百褔豆腐切細粒粒加幾片牛肉碎,份量小家,男士會不足夠,最今我反感的,是看見鐵窩的千年燒物漬,變成燶物硬斑斑貼在窩邊窩裡,oh no!雖説飲食業難做,唔可以咁囉!人家真金白銀來消費。

經常會到這間餐廳食飯,一星期總有一兩次。 最近的水準一直下降,由服務到食物都差了。 餐廳還沒有滿座,但侍應全程除下單之外沒有跟客人對話,連基本出入店面打招呼都沒有。更用筆敲打客人枱面。食物更差,蒸蛋和湯不是熱的,飯是糊的。 完全100%港式服務,救命....

今日開完會一行八人嚟到堅尼地城,搵下有咩好嘢食先~有人提議食日本嘢,就嚟咗呢間食~佢門口裝修得都幾高級 ~12點15分左右到唔使等位直接有得入, 環境裝修得ok ,有吧檯有普通臺~午餐由HK$70 至$288。 $288 一個午餐,又真係唔係好捨得食,除非保證質素極高~角切雜錦魚生丼 - 魚生份量都幾多,我見同事都食得幾滋味,睇落都幾新鮮~滑蛋豬扒飯 - 個滑蛋汁做得幾好 豬扒屬於正正常常啦雞肉滑蛋定食 - 中規中矩,同事話覺得豬扒好食啲三文魚餃定食 - 煮得都ok,唔會有腥味牛肉燒汁定食 - 個日式汁配個牛肉配撘唔錯, 同事好快就食曬最後可以加五蚊加個芝麻雪糕或者菠蘿雪糕~總括嚟講食物質素正常,但係價錢偏貴 ,睇下有冇機會再嚟食啦~

日本定食-熟食- 最common就係滑蛋豬扒飯。普通一個滑蛋豬扒飯午餐都要70幾蚊,我覺得比較貴,仲要唔包野飲,至於味道方面,我覺得個蛋熟得滯唔夠滑,醬汁亦過甜。 另外賣相有待改善。
