整體o黎講,食物o既水準都唔錯。我o既推介就有醃葡萄伴煎鴨肝同奶油盧魚。o係大家d評語度都話個鵝肝好味, 但係我搵晒成個menu都只係得鴨肝, 所以都叫o左o黎試試... 一試之下,發覺真係幾好味。個皮夠脆, 入面又夠香濃, 都令人幾回味無窮o架。另外, 奶油盧魚煎得好香, 個汁好creamy, 鍾意白汁o既人記住試o下~

甜品係o係甜品車入面揀。本來揀o左個fruit salad, 但d密瓜好似酸酸地, 所以換o左燉蛋。呢樣o野真係成個餐裡面o既一個敗筆。

至於裝修, 表面看來好似幾高貴, 但正如其他食家咁講, 其實餐廳d牆同天花好似無經修飾咁, 係全靠暗淡o既燈光補救...我只係覺得簡單並不等於簡樸, 有時追求d 簡單o既o野可能仲要多花費, 唔係話唔修飾就得...

和朋友一行六人,叫了四個set meals 和其他一些Appetizers and main courses share。印象較深是生鴨肉,很嫩口滑溜。燒豬(我忘了菜名)也不錯,但個人最喜歡是Lavender 疏扶厘,意想不到的清新口味。因為開了兩枝酒,所以平均每人近四百元消費。

去完九展, 返過尖咀, 朋友問我想食咩, 我話鵝肝, 就呢度.雖然話餐廳慶祝四周年, 話叫al carte上菜會有唔知八折定八五折優惠, 不過我地都冇立個al carte menu, 叫set dinner, 有starter, main course, dessert 同coffee or tea. Starter 有四款, 我地當然要鵝肝啦, 而鵝肝亦係唯一一個starter要加錢. 呢個頭盤係香煎鵝肝伴石榴沙律, 招牌係鵝肝, 水準亦有番咁上下. 鵝肝唔算膻, 都叫外脆內軟, 但略嫌唔夠滑. 石榴沙律清甜開胃, 解膩, 但只係零星咁灑係碟邊, 唔夠喉. 有格調,好似睇戲D男女主角去食飯傾心事的地方。無論燈光情調都OK, 想令初相識男/女朋友難忘的話可考慮。食物質素以~$300來說可謂交到貨。可惜菜式選擇不多,味道都近似地道,如果以此價錢食法式私房菜,隨時可以比兩三間你簡,仲要係起碼7道菜個種。

好耐之前嚟食過,今日嚟食午餐,$78 + $20(甜品) + $30(鵝肝)頭盤揀忌廉焗蠔配多士,幾好食,同上次一樣,頭盤略好一小件鵝肝,用rougie,質有番咁上下,但煎得一般,又無配汁,只算一般主菜要rib eye,medium,但嚟到medium well,雖然話係美國貨,但質一般,成舊sirloin咁,仲話咩石燒,但其實係有烙印既grill甜品係熱情果雪葩,其實對其他人嚟講可能幾好,但個人只覺ok上次咖啡難飲,今次要凍檬茶,但都麻麻

The outlook of the shopfront is not that eye-catching, but as we stepped inside, the all white interior decoration (including the curtains) gives a sense of elegance in the dim light.I ordered a duck breast (cold dish), a trout (entree), and a souffle (desserts).There were five or six slice of duck breast, with bits of truffle on the top - the meat was tender, but it would be much better if the sauce came a bit stronger. the truffle added a good flavor to this number. I ordered a duck breast (cold dish), a trout (entree), and a souffle (desserts).There were five or six slice of duck breast, with bits of truffle on the top - the meat was tender, but it would be much better if the sauce came a bit stronger. the truffle added a good flavor to this number. No wonder it is that expensive among the mushrooms.
The trout, with rosemary leaves blending in at the top of the fish meat, gave a special texture and taste that good for each bite.
For the souffle, I picked the ginger with basil one. The combination made it quite inviting, but it was nothing special when it came to taste.
The last but not the least (concern) upon this visit, was the two whole pages of music selection, at the back of the menu. Wow, it was so impressive. You can tell that the one who made this up is surely a man of good taste.
However, I hardly heard the music well eventhough it was there in the air. Maybe the management did not want to spoil the visitor's mood of conversation. If this is the issue, can the management make a good balance so that the good music can be heard ?
Also, the washroom is impressive either ;-)

The food is bad. If you have not been there, you can save it and you still would not lose much.I ate there 2 times and they are consistently BAD, although i would say the attitude of the waiter/waitess is pretty good.The dessert is one of the worst of all time so far I have tasted in HK. Especially the Soffrait (spelling right?), it's very watery just like your mother's sponge inside the kitchen...In short, make your money worth, and NEVER take your GF/BF there if you guys are going there lookin

Oh amost forgot, with all these mentioned poor quality food, they charge you as if they are the top quality restaurant and make the constumer look like a fool.

昨天試過lunch, 個menu 幾新鮮, 有好幾款starter, main course + coffee & tea ($98), 另外加$30 有鵝肝& $20 燒沙甸魚, 我叫了兩客鵝肝, 好細碟, size 和夾一塊法包差唔多, 雖然係厚身少少, 但個汁唔係好多, 帶唔出鵝肝既甜味, 冇其他食評講到咁好食囉... 咁既size 要$30 我不見得好抵喎!! 今日去左柯士甸路岳飛食LUNCH。呢間餐廳我都係第一次幫襯﹐同朋友行過見SET LUNCH 都唔貴﹐就入去試下。環境的確幾好﹐當時係12點45分左右﹐只得4~5成滿﹐我地兩位都有個闊落卡位可坐(呢個卡位坐四個肥佬都應該無問題)。服務都幾主動﹐亦算友善﹐呢方面無咩可以挑剔。我地兩位每人一SET LUNCH﹐朋友點了炸芝士沙律及牛扒七成熟﹐她的意見係兩者都做得很不錯。我就要了洋蔥湯及南瓜會羊肉。洋蔥湯同一般的並不相同﹐似係白湯一類﹐味道還可以﹐但我自己比較中意BAKED﹐有芝士鋪面的洋蔥湯。羊肉煮得夠淋亦好鮮﹐醬汁因為用南瓜煮所以帶甜味﹐幾開胃。切成小方塊的南瓜肉都好好味。另外仲叫左一個煎鵝肝﹐真係幾好味﹗略焦的外層包著甘香甜美的鵝肝﹐水準都幾高﹗呢客鵝肝午市賣$28 ﹐都算抵食。不過如果可以做得更加“軟”及“化”就好了。餐飲就點左熱咖啡﹐係一壺上的﹐都算幾香﹐而一壺的份量俾二人享用每人約有兩杯。埋單$200有找﹐以環境及食物水準計﹐岳飛的SET LUNCH都唔算貴。但據聞晚市就幾貴下﹐真係要有機會先去試了。

我去過不少中高級餐廳(太平山餐廳,日航名仕,香格里拉,黃金海岸Cafe Lagoon,Baby Blue...),相信我,Orphee都算唔錯la。可能佢唔係樣樣都正(例如個香煎牛仔柳真係差d,比著我第一次去係食香煎牛仔柳,一定不會再幫襯Orphee),但係唔少野食真係好味過不少同價錢的高級餐廳,例如個鴨脾好好味,個乜乜帶子亦很不錯(不過細碟d)。Orphee的甜品更係我同女朋友至愛。

試過一次同大約十個同事去食LUNCH我覺得整個SET LUNCH既水準不過不失(我上次食羊扒)但唔知係佢地法國菜慣左咁慢定係佢地好少一次過應付咁多人所以上菜好耐下...同埋大家都覺得餐飲既味道有點怪埋單每人約$80左右(我地夾錢請左其中一個同事食)係咁靚既環境食LUNCH都值既, 不過DINNER就似乎唔值啦...

我覺得整個SET LUNCH既水準不過不失(我上次食羊扒)
但唔知係佢地法國菜慣左咁慢
定係佢地好少一次過應付咁多人
所以上菜好耐下...
同埋大家都覺得餐飲既味道有點怪
埋單每人約$80左右(我地夾錢請左其中一個同事食)
係咁靚既環境食LUNCH都值既, 不過DINNER就似乎唔值啦...
