星期五收工同朋友去咗呢間OUC……度食野。呢度既環境幾chill,好適合放低工作壓力過黎輕鬆一下。睇完menu嗌咗幾樣野食,然後發現間鋪頭已經將d酒放晒係你眼前,寫埋價錢比人慢慢簡。頭盤小食嗌咗個牡丹蝦刺身同清酒醬油慢煮帶子。我就覺得個帶子比較好食,重點係佢個青酒醬油汁幾開胃。另外嗌咗份生牛肉配多士,少少酸酸辣辣既感覺,配埋多士食落好好味,認為係是日MVP。主菜方面就嗌咗一份帶子三文魚子黑松露意粉同埋瑞士汁豬仔骨。臨走既時候發現有個生蠔set 六百幾加一支酒,好似都幾抵食,下次再黎試。

隨住夜市限聚令解除,我終於可以出動狂食~呢一晚黎到出名多酒吧既富貴街,OUC......原來店名係包括有個省略號......好有趣下 一黎到俾佢個酒櫃吸引左眼球,睇黎做唔少熟客,好似好多朋友仔都會留低一兩枝名酒係度。 而我地坐底二話不說就叫左半打南非蠔。呢批蠔size不算大,但味道卻幾濃及新鮮。 第二味是酥炸池魚仔~炸池魚仔份量十足,食下食下我想有超過20條,好抵食。而炸粉十分之薄,1口半條,外脆內軟,雖然是魚仔,但啖啖肉,送啤酒一流。 然後再來一個酥炸大大粒墨魚咀墨魚咀新鮮炸起,質感非常意外地爽彈而不是韌,個人十分喜歡。這是炸物很難得既口感,值得推薦。 主菜是慢煮加拿大戰斧豬排豬排厚身多肉,夠熟之餘同樣爽彈,廚師用心處理,配菜薯蓉creamy。幾道菜都是回頭再吃之作~

炸池魚仔份量十足,食下食下我想有超過20條,好抵食。
而炸粉十分之薄,1口半條,外脆內軟,雖然是魚仔,但啖啖肉,送啤酒一流。
