We would like to order the Prime Rib but it was sold out. We ordered the outback Special and ribeye finally, It tastes fine, I prefer ribeye rather than outback special.We ordered all rib in medium level, but its abit over cooked. Anyway, its fine because we can taste the beef juice there. You may choose the potato/ vergetable/ soup/salad for you rib dished. For me, I prefer the potato and vegetable becasue it cooked absolutely fine and yummy.

However, I think I will be back there because I like its bread very much, it tasted honey sweet with the Wheat smell, which is very nice. The services there is ok, the waiters are always busy, sometimes its a bit difficult to make the order.

接下來有幾款小食,每款都是香脆可口的
當中有我愛的炸磨菇,本身已經是必點之一,磨菇多汁香濃 簡單又好吃
爆谷蝦很遜色,粉漿很厚啊~吃不到蝦肉
香脆薯條混芝士我們的這盤芝士的份量很小,配著比較乾的薯條很普通喔

4選1的主菜,我選了蟹肉燒鯛魚柳 Andy 選了西冷牛扒6成熟
蟹肉很鹹呀,有越吃越口乾的感覺 相反魚柳就比較好肉質嫩嫩的

西冷牛扒熟了點,應該有8成熟了
肉質鬆軟算是不錯,吃完都已經快飽了
但一旁還有炒飯喔

吃過生日蛋糕後上桌的chocolate thunder,看見就好開心啦
奶油冰淇淋都大大的一球,搭著底下暖熱的巧克力brownie 巧克力味香濃裡頭有很多軟軟的果仁
整個ko,晚飯都快吃不下了啦

生日趴地開始,大家可以盡情的吃。黑糖麵包是這裡的招牌,水準是一貫的穩定好吃。今次都唔例外,麵包軟熟,熱暖又香甜,雖然明知有很多的食物陸續送上,但大家都仍要Encore。

先來一系列的頭盤,以這類美式餐廳,當然都是香口的東西為主。炸磨菇和爆谷蝦,個人較喜歡前者,因為外層香脆之餘,內裡仍保持爽口,反而爆谷蝦就炸得太乾太硬,蝦肉亦沒留下多少。

除此之外,仲有邪惡的芝士薯條。香脆的炸薯條,黏著濃郁的芝士,單是那絲絲相扣的賣相,已教人垂涎。我都唔理什麼熱氣爆瘡,一條又一條放晒入口才算。

原來每人會有一碗磨菇湯,坦白講,我飲完之後肯定可以提早離場,所以只能淺嚐幾匙。感覺上是很濃很杰,但沒什麼材料在內,香氣亦稍為薄弱,跟早兩天在另一西餐廳喝過的水平,明顯遜色。

主菜是四揀一,我的選擇是串燒牛扒粒,但為食的在下又分了點院長的漢堡來試。漢堡的靈魂始終就是那塊牛肉,可惜這件就太乾了,完全欠缺肉汁,質素比平時吃到的要低。

至於我的牛扒粒,要Medium,肉質做到鬆化,中芯亦是嫩紅,之不過肉味不足,普普通通而已。反而配角的青紅椒爽甜,更得我歡心。

還以為吃過蛋糕後便會散席,誰知道更精彩的Chocolate Thunder忘時才奉上。大球雪糕配以熱暖濃郁的Brownie,冷熱交融的美妙,從來是美式甜品的過人之處,甜魔又再發揮本色,狂風掃落葉般把它清掉。

感謝主人家的邀請,讓大家能與兩位小主角分享歡樂。

Rib eye:我地是叫5成熟,不過出黎就唔覺得佢是5成,肉質都算嫰但有點碎而且有喳,配材有紅椒、西蘭花和蘿蔔,全是原味道,口感不錯。有汁飯就濃味而且有點兒過油膩。其後點了一柸凍檸茶及果汁。凍檸茶任飲/無限加飲很好,但果汁有點兒太甜!總結:整體質素是不過不失,意外地是今餐每人是HK$125 only。我心信我會再次光顧因為我委喜歡它的黑糖麵包和炸蘑菇。

我的主食是醬烤排骨配焗甜薯與菜絲沙拉!份量是不少的,不過吃烤排骨當然就是骨比肉多!醬汁味道帶微辣,咬下就骨肉分離,吃下不算太鞋但覺得可以做得滑一點的!但最少不黏牙…說不上會推薦但味道還不錯的!

至於配菜呢,那個焗甜薯真的很香甜,媽媽超喜歡所以我都給她分了一個!而那個菜絲沙拉樣子有點像KFC,不過吃下就沒有KFC的酸,以味道而言這裡都是不錯的,如果冷一點再酸一點應該會更醒胃才是!

媽媽的主菜則是美國肉眼排!媽媽點的是5成熟,肉質也比沙朗牛排來的滑一點, 雖然有汁醬伴吃,但我和媽媽都是喜歡不沾醬汁吃!這個肉眼排的水準整體上比沙朗牛排出色!

這個晚餐無疑是不錯的,這裡的價位其實也相當親民,200多元左右一位的價錢都是比同區的Olive,沙樂美貴幾十元!如果在荃灣吃西式海鮮我會找Melissa的話,那肉的話來Outback也是個不錯的選擇!

雖然是好即興的家庭聚會,但也是個愉快的晚上,也正好幫媽補食一餐生日飯!
吃畢後一家三口走一會,陪媽媽買鞋時我坐在椅子上等她,她望著我頭頂笑說這半年來我一定是有太多煩惱,頭上長多了好多的白頭髮…..很抱歉要你為的操心了…媽媽
說到底,再忙也好,有時間的話還是要來一點家庭樂時間,因為,說到底家人還是最重要的!這陣子因為我的煩惱,也令你們很擔心,希望那些事情快點解決就好了!

朋友想食牛又不想四處走。想起這家店近他的家也近我下車的地方,我就book了作為晚餐的地點。8:00pm 去到已經見到人龍,好在有book位 不過也要等一陣。如果無book就煩了。因為時間關係已經點了菜,先來了名物black sugar bread 上檯時是暖暖的口感外趣內軟,甜甜的帶有麥香及葡萄乾的味道;用來做starter真不錯。(可以refill )有肉點會無酒 點了店內的 permium table wine, 酒 full body 帶 chrry 味,但沒有變化。一分錢一分貨。不過配肉已經足夠,配包也好味。set potato soup 真的有很大塊potato 在湯中,不過麵粉湯 not my flavour. 到seared ahi tuna  表面有黑胡椒及微微烤過;而中間還是生的,微辣的味道加上特別的口感,配有pepper味的紅酒會好夾!它有2個汁一齊上,我覺得芥辣比日式醬油好味,不過不用醬汁淨食更好。因為到來食飯時剛好是此店的週年慶典。所以有特價食品優惠,見加$15就點了來試下。想不到都幾大碟!油炸的香辣雞鎚很香口,但吃得出是雪雞。不過$15算合格喇!到主菜出場喇!

到主菜出場喇!先講2個potato,sweet potato 甜甜軟軟的,比味道一般的bake potato 好吃。而牛排生熟程度也合格,沒有過生或過熟。但我切的時間及朋友吃的時候也覺得韌,吃起來很多楂。肉味不太濃,而份量一個人吃的話也足夠。配親紅酒會好些,因為紅酒的after tasting 可以帶回牛肉的肉味出來,令味道可以last得長d,令你滿口牛肉香。所以酒好有用

也証實了麵包是比主菜要好吃呢。

跟友人去拜神後就腳進去都接近 14:00點了任飲/無限加飲炸洋蔥圈.口感還好,不會硬硬的.洋蔥好爽口.味道就是美式炸野味 餐湯和不知明沙律.由於無喝到湯,所以不知道味道沙律外觀不討好,味道普通不過看好像剩下的垃圾一樣賣相.面包還好是暖暖的最奇怪這個是否跟餐還是送的,沒有人向我們交代.點了半份牛肋骨.味道尚可.醬汁甜美.不過真是無乜肉食.!總括喜愛美式食品,相信這裡是不二法門.可惜小弟是不愛美帝主義環境 ok , 不過餐廳人生服務不夠,叫了好幾次才有人過來!

The prequel to the meal arrived in the form of a salad, a warm bun with some really fluffy butter, and some brocolli soup. The Soup was VERY thick - the closest to porridge soup can come. But it lacked appropriate filtering as there were bits of rusk in it. The taste was well ballanced and rich, but the occasional texture of the rusk bits distracted from the enjoyment of this. The salad was greatly helped by the dressing. But that should not be the case (ought to be able to stand on its own).

The bread was warm and moist inside -- and the butter seemed freshly whipped; which made it really light --both spread and tasted like a cloud!. Only a slight hint to butter taste.

Then came the chicken atop rice. This dish had a well-balanced taste -- with the seasoning of the chicken complimenting the cheese atop it. The vegtables were not all well cooked - some being very hard (virtually uncooked). The rice (below the chicken) complimented the taste of the chicken.

Finally the tea...
tea -- but with coffee cream?!?

The tea came with coffee cream modules. Not keen to feel ill later, I asked the server to please provide milk - which they did (thanks!). Bagged and unremarkable; but tea all the same.

Other Info. : This establishment has (free) guest internet available - a nice, thoughtful touch.
