見人地ig post 相好吸引,上次去咁岩佢已經收左🥲今次平日4點幾去,竟然係冇人排隊!太開心了!同朋友一齊叫左個焦糖燉蛋泡芙同埋愛爾蘭甜酒泡芙,泡芙外皮好香脆,岩岩燒過果塊焦糖脆卜卜,佢個焦糖脆皮真係做得非常好😍入面有吉士醬同埋忌廉,甜度適中。暫時係我食過最好食嘅泡芙👍另一個甜酒泡芙,酒味好重,都好食嘅,但冇話好驚喜😂都係焦糖燉蛋嗰個最好食😋不過40蚊一個泡芙係有少少貴,size 比較細,兩啖食哂,同埋如果唔使排隊先會買。

另一個甜酒泡芙,酒味好重,都好食嘅,但冇話好驚喜😂都係焦糖燉蛋嗰個最好食😋

事緣經過哩間米芝蓮街頭小食嘅時候,見到人龍唔算長,又記起好似有間俾人狂推嘅超好食泡芙,於是就做咗傻事排埋一份🥹。後期先發現所有泡芙都係即叫即整,所以每一份都起碼等10分鐘,好欣賞店長好有禮貌耐性咁同每一個等待嘅客人介紹返每款味道,仲提我下次唔好揀放工時間排,因為真係會等好耐佢自己都好抱歉🥹,先唔講味道,哩個服務態度真係同某啲唔休做嘅店拉開咗十萬八千條街呀!🫡✏️焦糖燉蛋泡芙 $40 🍎8/10雖然冇趁熱食,但外層嘅焦糖依然好香脆,會食到少少蔗糖嘅顆粒感,泡芙外皮酥脆薄身,以為個餡會係有咬口嘅燉蛋或者布甸,點知原來係焦糖燉蛋味嘅忌廉同吉士,雖然都叫企身,但同自己嘅想像都係有啲出入😂,味道係幾香濃,但坦白講就未有驚為天人嘅感覺啦。✏️焙茶泡芙 $42 🍎8.5/10作為一個焙茶控,個人更加鍾意哩一款😍,topping嘅焙茶醬好濃郁,內餡係滿滿嘅焙茶忌廉,好重奶香味,但又唔會過甜😋。始終係要排隊一個鐘嘅人氣泡芙,真係會有比較高嘅期望,味道嚟講係幾唔錯,但確實冇一種好突出嘅感覺,可以回頭,但就唔會再排咁耐隊啦🤫。
