最近變左甜品控,朋友介紹試下尖沙咀一間米芝蓮推介既手工泡芙小店。係K-11附近店鋪算大,有立食位置,不過疫情期間暫時無開放。全店一人負責,即叫即製作,難免每張訂單都要花少少時間,門口常常有一條不多不少既人龍。疫情間改左下午3點開門,同店主寒暄幾句時得知平日同假日大約6點左右就會賣完收鋪,有興趣朋友要留意番。.到訪當天是平日5點半,門口依舊有龍。原以為人唔算多應該會好快,但最終都等左30分鐘。沒有限購,眼見每人都會買好多,去到我前面一組時店主話已經係最後三粒。好彩該對情侶非常好人,見後面仲有好多人,兩個人都只買一粒。我本身打算買3-4款口味試下,但由於後面仲有人唔捨得離開所以都只係試左一款口味。.焦糖香蕉泡芙 💲45⭐️4/5只有一個機會但口味多花多眼亂,本來第一次應該先試下佢地Signature Crème Brulee 或者其他網友推薦款。但店主好用心介紹向款口味特色,提到Today Special 係佢新研既焦糖香蕉,話焦糖Cream同其他款式唔同所以決定先試。即點即填入純白色雲尼拿cream,加上香蕉片後面層再鋪上另一層軟滑焦糖Cream。值得一讚係呢款原創泡芙質感好香脆,Crea

🍴泡芙size 細細粒,仲細過手掌心少少,一望已經畀泡芙面頭嘅焦糖脆面吸引住🤤,誘人嘅微燻焦糖亮面,唧到快滿瀉嘅吉士忌廉,再加上新鮮岀爐脆口嘅泡芙,視覺已經滿足咗一大半😙

大啖一口咬落,先食到薄薄一層好脆唔會太硬嘅焦糖面,之後就畀香甜幼滑充滿雲尼拿同蛋香嘅吉士忌廉充滿口腔,見到吉士忌廉落咗好多雲尼拿籽有被驚艷到🤭,最後食到富牛油香味微脆嘅泡芙,層次好豐富好滿足,真係超級好食😋😋😋

💬雖然一小粒完全唔夠喉,不過少食多滋味,細細粒一啲唔會膩,下次要試吓gelato 泡芙三文治先😆

最近見不少foodie都大推Owl's Choux的泡芙🤩作為米芝蓮推介的街頭小食,相信有一定質素🤔這天剛好到尖沙咀享用午餐,順道來朝聖一番!⁡一到店,已發現有人龍😵‍💫對於我這種懶惰foodie,的確有點卻步。不過一場來到,人龍又只有10個人左右就決定排隊,怎料,一等就等了30分鐘😂幸好,美味的泡芙讓我覺得非常值得🥰⁡👉🏻食物: 4.8/5整體而言,泡芙十分高質!🤩外面非常香脆,有點像菠蘿皮的脆皮😋 ⁡▪️焦糖燉蛋中間着微黃的吉士和白色忌廉,口質順滑🥰中間能看到一粒粒雲尼拿籽,而且入口有蛋香,不過個人不大喜愛吉士,覺得略甜。⁡▪️焙茶💯💯💯💯💯🤩🥰😋完全是焙茶控必點之選!極級推薦的一款👍🏻我絕對會為焙茶味再來排隊🤩焙茶忌廉一入口即茶味大爆發,而且甜度更符合我口味!
