呢間Pacific Coffee位於新中銀大廈，系中式設計風，深色嘅木枱木凳，再加入橫樑嘅設計，古色古香。食物方面一如既往有沙律、蛋糕、乳酪及各式麵包，我order左一個提子bagel，原本以為味道普普通通，但一試覺得好好味！Bagel焗完之後，外皮好酥脆，內部柔軟有嚼勁，一拿到手，就聞到淡淡嘅麥香味。本身bagel免費配牛油or Jam，我就加錢（$4）要左cream cheese。大家真系唔慳得，Bagel加cream cheese系絕配，cream cheese的濃郁和微酸嘅口感更加完美地襯托麥香嘅bagel，另外，bagel本身有d提子乾，提子嘅甜味可以減淡cream cheese嘅油膩感，同埋增加bagel嘅味道層次。 continue reading
