會員優惠之一<生日送蛋糕>, 所以今晨到此嘆咖啡食蛋糕. 在蛋糕櫃裡看到一款新蛋糕<烏龍>, 花花外形又貪新鮮, 所以選擇了這蛋糕, 作為生日蛋糕. 再配一杯AMERICANO. 烏龍茶雪芳蛋糕配朱古力碎片  OOLONG TEA CHIFFON CAKE WITH CHOCOLATE SHAVINGS   伯爵茶蛋糕常見, 而烏龍茶蛋糕是第一次遇見呢!  撥開糕表面細碎的朱古力<巢卡LEE>, 看到啡色蛋糕的真身了!  一體成形的花花糕身, 中央啤入吉士, 真係有如一朵黃色花蕊的啡色花花呀!   不如改名做: 烏龍茶花花蛋糕啦! 先嚐外圍的糕身, 不太軟不太甜, 但烏龍茶味不突出. 首先, 糕身一定要夠硬才可期保持花形杯身, 太軟則容易塌下來/變形. 其次, 放在凍櫃裡, 冷氣會抽走蛋糕的水份, 所以糕身會變乾. 第三, 烏龍茶本身的味道也不太突出, 所以茶味就被甜苿蓋過了!  再到中芯位<啡色蛋糕&黃色吉士>, 二款對比之下, 黃色吉士的甜度比較高. 所以每一口都要有糕身和吉士, 味道就更和諧.   而那<巢卡LEE>朱古力, 早已轉移到AMERICANO裡.  不過AMERICANO很大杯,, 那丁點的朱古力,, 未能為AMERICANO帶來甜味.    嚐過甜甜的蛋糕, 再來一口甘苦的AMERICANO....正呀! continue reading
