I found a comfortable spot near the window, where soft rays of sunlight streamed in, illuminating the table and casting a gentle glow on my indulgent treat. The tiramisu arrived, elegantly presented in a delicate glassware, showcasing layers of espresso-soaked ladyfingers, rich mascarpone cream, and a dusting of cocoa powder on top.

With the first spoonful, the delicate flavors of the tiramisu danced on my tongue. The espresso soaked ladyfingers were perfectly balanced, neither too soggy nor too dry. 朋友說過這間是她吃過最好食的TIRAMISU,當日我COVID痊癒後覆診,時間未到便去看看環境是否多人。去到見有位,店員友善地提我可以慢慢坐下來再看吃什麼再去櫃面下單。最後叫了牛角包餐及TIRAMISU。牛角包是當日最新鮮的,謝謝店員親切提點。食物還不錯~然後到「主角」出場,嗯。。。不知是我大病未康復還是怎樣,感覺淡淡,未去到想像中的感覺,不過還是好味的。這裡是自助,用餐後要把餐具餐盤分類放好。這個也是很好。

牛角包分咗兩邊,要讚嘅地方係就咁食牛角包係酥脆,微暖;至於另外一半有炒蛋喺面嘅牛角包可能因為有蛋嘅緣故就偏淋身。炒蛋係偏硬身嘅炒蛋,上面有鹽同胡椒,可惜調味料唔均勻,會食到一口鹹一口無味,感覺似M記既炒蛋。至於加左$20既煙三文魚有4片,偏細塊同薄身,值唔值得就見仁見智。

至於Matcha Latte,感覺我自己沖比佢更好😂😂抹茶味唔出,同牛奶既平衡完全做唔到,唯一嘅優點係冇加糖,切合我嘅口味。

入口順滑得嚟,蛋糕嘅質地超級濕潤!
整體嘅口感非常creamy,唔會過甜~

呢間Bookmark咗都好一段時間,當初想試係因為佢個Tiramisu好似好好食🤣 我都幾鍾意食#Tiramisu 🤭🤭鋪頭位於柯士甸道Page148酒店大堂,一入酒店就見到,有幾張高檯同大檯,座位唔算多。樓底高,裝修行深色+木系,都幾型格~雖然地理位置係尖沙咀,但 #佐敦港鐵站 行過嚟會近啲~ 叫咗杯熱 #Latte ,杯咖啡不過不失 但個 #HomemadeTiramisu 賣相雖然靚,但唔夠咖啡味 & 酒味,我心目中好食嘅Tiramisu 要濕濕地同好香咖啡+酒味,呢個最底個手指餅太乾身,一啲都無吸收到啲精華🥺
