To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

而家煌府無咗片皮鴨，失色咗，好彩有其他新嘅嘅搭救。例牌燒鵝加醬油蝦甘叫，燒鵝皮夠脆，唔算好肥。蝦就比較細隻，但估唔到味道都幾唔錯。酸菜魚值得推介，魚夠滑，麻辣味唔算太濃，我覺得酸味較多，味道唔錯。沙拉骨就比較普通。希望遲吓有返片皮鴨，加分好多。

環境 酒樓地點唔算喺個好起眼嘅地方，喺個普通商場入面，門面唔算太闊，但係入到入邊裝修都可以，因為始終都係做婚宴場地，坐得都舒服企理，不過就平日人比較多，屯門區企理的酒樓不多，所以佢都好好生意食物：首先上菜速度不過不失，侍應服務員都足夠，禮貌都唔錯。炒飯新鮮份量多，食得出係即炒好香糕點類都是熱辣辣上枱，食落去都新鮮唔會太腍太黏口最出色係個蛋散，新鮮出爐非常脆口好味，蜜糖做點綴，好食總結：屯門區酒樓數量不多，所以呢間都算性價比高

早前和太太工作前預早了時間，經過附近決定入去嘆中式早茶😋我們不需等位，店員友善地帶我們入座，酒樓地方寬倘光潔明亮，我們叫了普洱茶醒醒神😋我們點了醒神優惠孖寶的家鄉炒米粉及蠔皇鮮竹卷，另外點了秘制牛孖筋😋炒米粉配菜都幾多，有西芹紅蘿白及蔥，再加上芝麻幾香口😋鮮竹卷有三件，香濃好入味，但略為細件，但勝在夠惹味😋牛孖筋唔多，但很爽口入味，再加上有芋頭吸曬啲汁液，份外香濃😋跟住再飲普洱茶消消滯，充滿力量再去工作😋
