自家製麵包好有口感，煙韌度適中！麵包鬆軟有彈性，香脆，上環外帶美食天堂不二之選！餐點仲要即叫即烤，而餡料肉類同蔬菜嘅種類都好多選擇，好好食！泡菜炸雞每次來都係必食㗎啦，多汁又脆口嘅炸雞配上厚厚的芝士極滿足！店主好有心日日研究唔同嘅special，今日就試咗佢嘅special泰式豬頸肉，味道開胃適合夏天！之前嚟仲有好特別嘅冰菜沙律，唔係到到都有得食冰菜仲要拎嚟做沙律，見到menu 有的話建議火速落咗單先！甜品仲有朱古力曲奇和lemon蛋糕～Coffee Jelly特別推薦！

店主好有心日日研究唔同嘅special，今日就試咗佢嘅special泰式豬頸肉，味道開胃適合夏天！之前嚟仲有好特別嘅冰菜沙律，唔係到到都有得食冰菜仲要拎嚟做沙律，見到menu 有的話建議火速落咗單先！

🙌🏻已經買過幾次，每次不同口味都有驚喜。青醬蔬食的品項很豐富，泡菜炸雞醬汁也很讚（這個份量還加上這個價位，附近kfc可以結業了😂🤧，謝謝）另外甜品和雲呢拿籽的布甸的水準也可以單獨開一家店🙂‍↕️🫶🏻推薦相對近上環地鐵站不過沒設置堂食位置，附近office/ work from home的話不妨點選，個人覺得如果有熱咖啡可以變固定上班早餐配搭，工作心情會變好覺得這家值得留一顆評價👍🏻讚讚讚～

而芝士一拎份Panini時，就已經聞到好濃烈嘅芝士味
但就未做到拉絲同好澎湃嘅芝士

口感偏紮實,未算好鬆軟同Q彈

雖然今次試唔到有蛋白質既Panini, 但店主好好最後補返$同送咗塊曲奇補償。謝謝
Grilled Eggplant,  Pistachios Mortadella, Beef Stew Tomato Sauce, and Fontina Cheese
Unfortunately, the ham was missed, so the Panini ended up being a vegan version. This brought out the flavours of the eggplant and tomato sauce. When you pick up the Panini, you can already smell the intense cheese. However, the cheese wasn't melted as much as expected. Besides, the Focaccia bread was infused with a subtle rosemary fragrance, which had a dense texture but wasn't very soft and chewy.
Although the Panini was no "protein" this time, the owner was kind enough to refund the money and compensate with a cookie. Thank you.
