To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好失望,以前經常買的咖喱魚柳餐一直都非常滿意,然而今日再次訂購,卻發現變成了魚手指,完全是兩回事,居然還收62蚊。魚手指完全沒有味道,而且不脆,自己用氣炸鍋做的都比這好食。這感覺真像是被欺騙了一樣,期望和現實的落差實在太大,對這次的用餐經歷真是感到極度失望,不知下次是否還會再選擇這家店,真的讓人懷疑它的品質是否能夠維持一直以來的水準。這次的經歷讓人難免覺得被店家敷衍了,難道再也吃不到那份令人懷念的咖喱魚柳餐了嗎?真心希望下次能有更好的用餐體驗,但這次的失望讓人難以釋懷。 continue reading

喺呢頭真係唔算多餐廳,見呢間小店lunch time座無虛席,就入去試下。餐廳面積唔大,大概5-6枱左右。叫左一個白汁菠菜雞肉意粉,焗野起菜都算快。份量唔細食得飽,芝士幾香而且雞肉都好滑,質素唔差。另外跟餐有熱飲,叫左熱檸茶。如果係每日午餐就會跟湯同飲品,我呢個意粉就無包湯,但我另外加$6要左個白湯。不過味道就一般啦。超級杰好厚身嘅質地,仲會飲到麵粉結塊,有啲粟米粒咁。小店服務都好快手,見老闆同啲熟面口都有傾有講,態度唔錯。作為快食午餐都算合格。 continue reading

今日路過小西灣做嘢,見到意蠔屋!記得喺西灣河食過係幾好嘅,平民級別的西式餐點,值得再去!同朋友食左兩樣嘢:#芝士焗鮮茄雜菌牛脷飯 同埋 #芝士焗黑椒牛柳蘑菇意粉 ! 成日都講,熱辣辣嘅嘢食已經加分,呢兩碟焗嘢真心係滾熱辣,食完二人竟然都係評價雜菌同蘑菇先係個菜式嘅靈魂!明顯餐廳將配菜都視為重要嘅一環!呢平民級數嘅價錢,實在俾了充份嘅滿足感!唔應該同大餐廳嘅質素比較,值得一去再去。美味程度:😋😋😋😋環境指數:🎇🎇🎇番食機會:🦍🦍🦍🦍 continue reading

平民之選┌西餐廳┐話說上次食過西灣河(千禧閣)意蠔屋 ,覺得幾好食,所以今次去咗柴灣小西灣意蠔屋,今次我地叫咗四樣野︰烤雞肉田園沙律、香草汁雜菌海鮮意粉、黑松露大蝦意粉、香蒜烤雞翼不過老實講我同老公都覺得西灣河(千禧閣)好食啲,但環境我覺得呢度光猛啲,不過香蒜烤雞翼都幾香蒜香味,不過烤雞肉田園沙律雞肉唔係另上,大蝦有啲"梅梅"地,黑松露好夠香,雜菌海鮮意粉正常發揮。 continue reading
