新春期間收到的賀年禮盒,其中一盒是TonyWong的出品小妹一直對TonyWong的蛋糕及乳酪也挺滿意,所以對此亦蠻有期望的禮盒外觀大方得體,金黃的盒子配上暗紅的簡約包裝,添了新春喜慶的味道!一打開就能看到一顆顆整齊排列的小圓球每一顆都沾上金粉,貴氣十足原上小圓球是鳳梨酥的好朋友,外層鬆化,内涵帶微酸,有著實在的鳳梨絲然而入口卻比較油膩-說實說,味道只算不過不失,沒有令人吃得驚艷之感🙊只是這一顆顆金黃小酥球的外觀實比味道優勝罷了 continue reading

媽媽素來是個有要求的人,對於吃更是嘴刁,她甚少會嫌三嫌四,但看她進食的份量就絕對能反映出其滿意程度。母親生日的大日子,選蛋糕這重任就落在我身上,想到沒有女性是不喜歡收花,那一個又睇得又食得的花花蛋糕應能哄得媽媽笑逐顏開吧? 下午致電店家先預留蛋糕,去到始知原來可即場提供寫牌服務,甚為貼心,等了大約五分鐘便能取餅;雖然盒內貼了一個小冰包,但店員還是建議我們於一個小時內將蛋糕置於冰箱。 Mini Rose Cake - Pink $123吃畢晚飯悄悄點起蠟燭,奉上蛋糕時見到媽媽目不轉睛,心裡暗暗高興。粉紅色的玫瑰花瓣以白朱古力塑成,仔細看花瓣面還有一些閃粉,有夠瑰麗高雅。興高采烈地拍過一輪照片過後將蛋糕切開,移開花瓣後的蛋糕只剩一件平常的西餅份量,大家要有心理準備它會變得面目全非,雖然外表實在一般,但可幸內涵仍在:紅桑子慕絲和士多啤梨忌廉酸酸甜甜,味道清新自然,加上海綿蛋糕和香脆的杏仁餅底,分得一小口的我實在有點耳猶未盡。 近年常常提醒自己,父母花盡半生的精力努力工作,就是想為我們帶來好生活,到現在稍有能力一定要好好孝順他們,小小心思已能讓他們喜上眉梢,何樂而不為? continue reading
