在啟德AIRSIDE逛街,順道走進「Paul Lafayet」吃點甜品解饞。店面不大但很精緻,點了馬卡龍和焦糖燉蛋試試。馬卡龍外殼脆薄,咬下去內裡軟糯,試了玫瑰味,淡淡花香不搶戲,甜度也剛好,挺討喜。焦糖燉蛋是招牌,店員現場用火槍燒出金黃焦糖層,敲開時「啪」一聲很滿足,燉蛋滑嫩,帶點雲呢拿香,吃起來舒服不膩。還點了個朱古力慕絲蛋糕,口感濃郁但不重,入口順滑,適合喜歡朱古力的人。包裝方面,外帶盒設計簡單大方,馬卡龍有獨立格子固定,不易撞壞;焦糖燉蛋用陶瓷容器,質感不錯,還能留著再用,挺貼心。

Airside想買甜品🍮返屋企開心😃share,但搵唔到啱,行咗皓耐先搵到Paul Lafayet,見到d cake 🍰 都要$60件,反而Panna Cotta就$45,覺得幾抵就買,不過標籤🏷️就差,明明得兩隻味就有三個標籤🏷️,我睇返我係想揀香蕉🍌拖肥味,唔加錢有個小紙袋裝,店員皓皓幫我痴個蓋,咁拎返屋企就唔會甩蓋。食完飯攞返出嚟一家人🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒食,小朋友👧🏻皓開心🥳,逐粒朱古力🍫放入口,朱古力🍫我食咗係皓食既,我就用匙大啖連埋cream同香蕉🍌拖肥放入口,香蕉🍌拖肥化咗唔係皓似香蕉🍌,口感有蘋果,但都襯cream既,反而唔似平時食開白色嗰種似啫喱既panna cotta,overall係性價比高可encore

琴日我食完正餐之後夜夜地,好多甜品店都冇開,所以我決定嚟呢度買幾個,冇叫佢燒焦糖面比我,自己帶啲糖翻去自己燒😎有啲可惜嘅,係呢個店舖冇堂食。焦糖燉蛋如果佢燒比你,建議最好30分鐘內食。我就拎翻去,自已用火槍燒一燒。始終都好似冇人哋燒得咁好。但係都冇影響個蛋既味道😆😆同埋每一個兜都好靚,每一個紋都唔同,可以留返黎用或者可以還翻去,儲印花,儲一定嘅數量可以換返做甜品👍🏻環保之餘,亦都一舉兩得🤭
