11人的沙田聚會, 晚飯聚會最怕就是限時, 所以唯有選揀中菜。中菜在沙田確實不多, 今次決定明珠閣, 因為不太多人等位。門面同格局似是一間食Modern中菜的餐館, 燈光柔和, 店內全都是方枱, 沒有圓枱, 人多就好難傾偈。 小菜還可以, 點了魚香茄子煲、菠蘿京都骨、腐竹浸時蔬, 炒得夠香, 味道有點重, 無論湯浸定炒都落比較多調味。份量可以稍多一點, 如以現時價錢衡量。燒味中的叉燒例牌做得比較出色, 半肥瘦適中, 蜜汁味濃, 好食。但乳豬一般, 偏鹹, 幸好皮都脆, 只是不夠鬆。最敗筆的是大蝦上湯烏冬, 是無味的, 湯只是少少鹹鹹地。還有壽桃包, 無論賣相定餡都唔討好, 好大個, 但皮打摺, 亦好厚, 蓮蓉好少, 蛋黃唔香。

汤就细碗了一点,还算可以吧
但整体来说真係好鬼失望 这个价钱💰太不值了 还要加一的

小妹在沙田新城市行街,滿載而歸,在購物後,就在附近食飯,遇上了明珠閣,看過食評,蠻不錯,不如入去坐下。除了點心外,還有其他的,聽說明珠閣的叉燒出名,便叫來一個叉燒飯。喔,這個叉燒是半肥瘦的,肥肉不多,還有燶燶地的,食一啖就覺得很淋很軟,又有脆脆地的感覺。

主打的皇牌蜜汁叉燒,完全失望,所謂的皇牌既然成為這頓早茶最不受歡迎和最難吃的食物。肉質結實和瘦肉無異,完全沒有豬肉的甜味,靠的只是大量蜜汁的遮蓋,油脂的甘香可以說完全吃不到。

帶子得兩粒,即係二人餐,一人一粒.甜頭炒唔夠,而且唔夠甜, 珊瑚蚌冇刎味,其實黑松露醬味道都唔夠濃.

由於佢o地上菜速度好快.所以我開始奇怪, 點解個秘製海山骨未o黎,於是問問侍應,個侍應返o黎覆我o地話冇落單,問我o地重要唔要,我o地答唔要喇,順便可以上甜品.

有時候在下不定時的到同一食店吃飯,就像今天來到明珠閣一樣,再一次在這食店吃飯呢!再看餐牌,依然離不開燒味飯,如果吃點心的話,或者吃不到很多,返而餐費可能多過吃燒味飯,故點來燒味飯也許來得划算。叉燒切雞飯。無錯,點來是雙併飯,不是燒肉而是切雞。叉燒雖不是半肥瘦,但吃起來有鬆化的感覺,有點硬但卻可以接受;切雞雞肉都幾嫰,較想像中的好,薑葱黏在雞肉上,增添了薑葱味道。沒有點來飯品,只有喝茶好了,反正不想喝其他呢!

2. Chicken Feet: Well, this dish made me the happiest, and doesn't that count for something? I've had some terrible chicken feet but these just melted in my mouth. The sauce was surprisingly sweet, either due to the addition of sugar or because something had been caramelized during the cooking process.

1. Minced Lotus Root Puff: Look at that. You don't even need to taste it to know that it's perfect. Fluffy, flaky, piping hot, filled with lotus root mince and likely more pork lard than I need to know about.

So there you have it. We spent $424, thanks mostly to the roast goose, and left with big smiles on our faces. This is the best dim sum you'll find outside of the Michelin Guide--actually, does Pearl Delight have a Michelin star? Probably should, just sayin'.

連茶錢加一$339, 服務員竟說$399, 小人問不是三三九嗎? 誰知那服務員竟回應:「嘻嘻嘻…!」友人見狀即按捺不住, 反問那名服務員有甚麼好笑? 試想如果是一枱趕急的客人連單都不看, 聽到$399, 隨時放下$400便離開, 豈不無端端便宜了餐廳??!!

服務攞命、價錢攞命、食物攞命, 所有不知所謂的元素都完全齊備, 怎還會有回去的意欲?

見食評唔錯,於是去試,點知…….十二點多到達,無乜人,唔洗等位。點心款式少,只好求其揀幾個點心,再加呢度出名嘅叉燒,同涼瓜龍躉飯。點心中嘅粉果、鳳爪同蝦餃,平平無奇,同普通酒樓無異。到出名嘅叉燒,燒得太燶,個外皮黑晒。肉質尚算軟滑,但味道未至於驚為天人,只能說比街邊燒味店好而矣,但價錢卻是別家的兩三倍!個涼瓜龍躉飯仲過份,賣相同茶記碟頭飯無分別,份量少,只得三舊龍躉肉,仲要腥嘅!碟野成$120,係咪可以好d質素呀!?

叉燒原名插燒,是粵菜燒味極品。據聞大哥叉燒按豬脢頭紋理挑選肥瘦均勻的部位,用人手將腩肉的纖維打鬆,然後塗上由海鮮醬、柱候醬、蜜糖、麥芽糖、薑汁等調成的秘製蜜汁,在200度高溫明火暴燒下肥油爆出,將肉汁鎖住才轉細火烤至焦香,做到嫩滑甘香外焦而內裏鬆化的妙品。今次慕叉燒名而至,只想試試西苑以外的選擇。端上卓一看,此物買相暗紅偏黑,估計是色素而非天然燒烤所燒成。蜜汁量多偏濃並且過份甜,品嘗之下覺得肉乾而無肉香,嚥不下的肉渣竟有四份之一。環顧左右食卓,一眾叉燒俱為瘦肉。大哥做到的小弟竟然都反向做到了。順帶一提,茶有色而無味,當然亦沒有近來新城市中心自來水的水喉味。又:茶錢每位十元。白灼菜心偏硬偏老,侍應推介錯了。

白灼芥蘭。今年冬季都未曾吃過,於是另加二十五個大洋,便可有一碟。沒有任何醬料在芥蘭之上,醬油則另上的。入口時芥蘭爽脆沒有渣且爽甜,蘸上醬油,令食味提升不少。
